I was at the McDonald’s yesterday and I go there very often this specific day I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my breakfast that I have ordered on the mobile app. They should’ve took 2 to 5 minutes to make that I get on often times, there is a manager. She is mean black woman. She always has a bad attitude. I believe you have people that have good days and bad days but every time I go there she’s always having a bad day. She was very rude to the customers that are loyal to McDonald’s. I come here every day, cause I see the same customer every single day however, she was having the most absolute worst attitude. A customer politely ask for their cup when she handed their meal and she said, could you wait a minute in a very nasty tone honestly, I feel like she shouldn’t even be working there because she obviously hates her job with a passion and does not care about making other peoples days bad she is an infectious contagious person that does nothing but put off her energy to other people when they say misery loves company. Read moreOrder on the mobile app an apple pie and a frappe. Curbside pick usually hand your food within 5 minutes of selecting the option "says the app". Waited almost 30 minutes before noticing time was going by to call the restaurant. A crew trainer came to meet me without my food telling me that they dont have my order and I have to pay inside. So i showed her my app and statement that it has been paid. She went back in and reported to the manager and came back out to tell me the same thing. I went through my email to find the receipt and showed it her and it wasnt enough cause apparently the manager wanted to see it but didn't wanna meet me outside to see it. So I go inside and the manager ignores me. I spot the crew trainer that was "helping" me earlier and she called to the the manager saying I was inside. The manager Virgie does not even bother to look at my receipt as she continues to say I need to pay when I already paid. (That's whole reason why I'm trying to show her the receipt). Integrates well with the McDonald's app, allowing you to scan and redeem your coupons. Kiosk allows you to pay at the kiosk with tap-to-pay or credit card, or at the counter with traditional methods. Food is brought to your table. Like the ability to customize your order, something I did not realize you could do at McDonald's until this kiosk.
Relatively clean bathrooms, separate male and female.
Self-service drink fountains, traditional. The iced tea dispenser is frequently not there, so you may have to request it at the counter.
Ample parking, handicapped parking is decent.
Wonky AF entrance from Nimitz, turning left on Paiea and then left again from Paiea, against traffic coming from the airport.
Like all McDonald's, free Wi-Fi, although it is some of the slowest Wi-Fi and isn't always consistent.
Nice customer service for the most part. A lot of turnover and traffic at this location, so totally understandable. Mornings are busiest, with a lot of folks getting a quick breakfast before hitting the airport.
