I really really hate how they don’t let us pay with meal swipes in person and we’re forced to use the janky Grubhub system. Whenever we’re refunded it doesn’t go back to our total swipes right away, it apparently takes two weeks to process. However, our swipes reset weekly, which means we never see that swipe again. This affects a lot of people since most of us have to rely on meal swipes to get food. Forcing the workers to use grubhub also puts the bulk of their job on tending to online orders which makes it extremely difficult to communicate anything effectively to customers, like what they don’t have in stock. Also since the system is so inefficient, parts of orders are often left out. In my personal experience, I’ve had to wait on multiple occasions nearly an hour or so for an order they missed. I want to clarify that I don’t blame the employees at all, they work extremely hard and I’d be confused too having to navigate Grubhub’s awful system. In defense of the employees, they have all be super sorry whenever an order is messed up or for any delays there are. Read moreI went to this location for the first time they opened and they made my drink wrong. I don’t know how they made it wrong, but it just tasted bad. I went a couple more times just to give them the benefit of the doubt and every one of those times they got my drink wrong or they didn’t have an ingredient. Then I end up being frustrated after I paid and they tell me they don’t have x ingredient and y ingredient, so I have to substitute it for something, or even request an entirely different drink. Then even when I do, it just tastes wrong- too sweet, too bitter, no flavor, etc. The management just seems careless and unorganized. Read morere edit: trying to mobile order here is a nightmare. from 9am to almost noon its been offline and when I was finally able to mobile order, they canceled the order with no explanation. I think this was on the manager because it looked like he was managing the mobile orders coming in.
