I really cannot express how wonderful their customer service is. I would highly recommend Buy Hawaiian Lei to anyone who needs leis for their event.

My friend wanted leis for her wedding in June (on the mainland). I totally forgot that it was graduation season and that a lot of places would be busy. I did get in touch with one florist to see if they would be able to have it ready within a couple of weeks, but my friend was still debating on whether to get them or not. She finally decided that she did want them so I tried to contact the shop again, but could not get in touch with them. I even sent an e-mail, but did not hear from them until a couple of days later. I was starting to panic because we were leaving in a week.

I found Buy Hawaiian Lei when I was looking for other options. I immediately got in touch with someone and explained the situation. They really were patient and answered all my questions. Even when I needed to call them back (which was several times) I was still able to get in touch with them. Only once I had to leave a message, but they called me back within a couple of minutes. I was able to order the leis and have them made in time for our flight. The leis were packaged nicely and made it through the flight and until the day of the wedding. They were beautiful and the bride was extremely happy.

Wanted to bless my grandson at his Skowhegan, Maine high school graduation. He is MA born but carries a Hawaiian name, Makaio. Hawaii is very close to his heart as we still have family there and he had mentioned to his mother that he would be so happy if he could get one flower lei from Hawaii, but knew that would be near impossible. Long story short, lei order placed before his conversation with my daughter. Leis received and surprised everyone that they wre as beautiful the day they were delivered as they were the day of the graduation. Of note: there was an apparent mixup with our order resulting in our receiving extra leis, but the company exhibited the usual and much appreciated Hawaii ALOHA and were happy that my grandson enjoyed the leis, see photo attached. If you are thinking about ordering....if we got the leis in ME 2 days prior to the event and they lasted in spite of our handling, we highly recommend this company! I had the great pleasure of meeting Dan when I was calling about a funeral and getting leis for the family in honor of their Hawaiian mother. He explained that they would probably not make it to Texas in good condition and I appreciate his honesty. Then I asked him about a wedding in Hawaii as that has been my dream. So he talked to me about the type of lei flowers that the bride and groom would wear and also found out for me where a beach that has pink sand is.
