Very disappointed in my experience on June 13th. 45 min late and it messed up my night. I called the store at 15 min late and was told they had already left. 10 minutes later the tracker showed that they were just leaving. The tracker showed that my order was checked for satisfaction 20 min before I needed it here which was encouraging at first. But this meant that by the time I got my pizzas, they had been done for an hour. The driver and passenger who delivered my order gave a very tired insincere apology and shrugged it off. When i opened my pizzas the crust was hard and dry since they had sat in a warmer for so long and one of the pizzas wasn't even cut. I wrote my story on the online survey and recieved a message to call the store if I wanted a follow up which I had already tried and was lied to.
I get busy nights, but if you aren't going to make the set upon time, you need to let the customer know so they can make other plans. My 4 children were very unhappy that they couldn't have dinner until after their evening activities instead of before as planned. On top of everything though, don't Lie!
This is one family that you have lost as a customer.
I have left this review on the Corporate Facebook page and multiple CS Agents have assured me that the local manager would reach out to me as soon as possible. We are now 12 days past the incident and I have recieved a single voicemail with no callback number and another broken promise of a follow up call later that afternoon.

I've called in orders to be ready an hour or more later, recently. These were two separate occasions and both orders were called in from my workplace, so I could pick them up on my way home real quick. That was a huge mistake that I Should have learned the first time. On both occasions, I arrived, only to find, not only were my orders not ready, but they hadn't even been started yet. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, while watching no less that 12 different customers walk in to pick up their orders ahead of me. I was furious, to say the least. This place is disorganized, messy and run by children. The staff are always running into one another and nobody knows what's going on around the place. They don't keep any money in the tills, so if you need change they have to run around looking for a pouch that only one person is in charge of. This is the most responsible child, I suppose. Read moreI went down to the location as the online app was not working. I entered to find another customer agitated because the system was down and could not take a card. The other customer paid after getting cash at a nearby ATM. I spoke to the employee and he explained they had just opened and were trying to fix the issue and was very apologetic. I was happy to place an order as I have worked retail for over 20 years and fully understand that electronic issues happen and at no fault of the employees working in the store. My order was taken and I was given excellent service, the pizza was on point as always. The 3 employees were in great spirits and completed my order promptly and professionally. While my order was being made, the others continued to prep for their day and stayed busy. I was even given a polite "Have a great day" when leaving.
