We remodeled a basic ranch, and hired a great contractor and crew to fulfill our architect's plan. But the interior needed ideas, so my wife hired StructSured. I say "yes dear a lot." But I know what I like. Sam and her crew had great ideas for our kitchen, the heart of our house. I also loved their choice of antique bronze for the interior doors. But when they proposed cutting a big whole in our living room wall, where I had envisioned a large painting, for a pocket door to our third bedroom/study, I said, "No f-ing way." 48 hours later, I came to my senses. That decision alone doubled the feel of space inside a 1700 square foot house. Near it they had chosen a gas fireplace, a '50s look: Think Darth Vader's helmet, only white. Again, I protested. Again, 48 hours later, I went, wow. These people can not only design, they can turn brains around. Now, a year and a half later, the place is so cool people invite themselves over. Samantha designed our main floor remodel and helped us through the entire build/implementation process. She created numerous designs including moving exterior walls and raising our roof down to remodeling within our footprint. She created renderings which helped enormously in envisioning the finished product and selecting materials.

Throughout the entire process (over two years) she was a tremendous asset. She created a design we loved and then helped us in selecting materials, vendors, engineers, contractors and countless other things. She knows and thinks about things we had never knew anything about (grout colors, light valence molding, cabinet construction, etc..)

She is a fantastic designer but moreover a great person to work with. We valued her input at all stages, which was delivered in a thoughtful and kind manner. I knew I wanted to update my home, but I was intimidated and didn’t know where to start— I’m just so thankful for Samantha and her team. I had a rough idea of what I wanted to do, but no real grasp on how to do it.

All I could convey to the Strucksured team was a feeling I wanted my space to have. I gave them few pictures for inspiration, and from those things Samantha and her team were able to come up with a design plan for us. She offered ideas of things we hadn’t even considered.
