Starbucks — Restaurant in Hood River

I ordered a Starbucks double shot on ice... The barista didn't know what that was despite it being a menu item nothing custom. As she made it, she made it incorrectly (I know because I order it every day for almost a year now). I asked her to make it in the shaker, with sweetener ( according to the directions) and she argued with me saying that that wasn't how she was taught to make it. Funny; because I travel all over for work ordering the same drink at various locations and have always had it made correctly. The drink was disgusting she didn't even add sweetener...Then!!!!! She was making a non- fat latte and put the dairy milk in the non-dairy milk cup! I expressed my concern because of my extreme dairy allergy... She told me I was wrong and proceeded contaminating the cup. I'm disgusted by this...

Like Jamie, I travel quite a bit and my morning routine is venti pike and classic oatmeal. I visited this location (inside Safeway) twice, the first time I ordered the oatmeal, I was given the nuts and brown sugar and figured they were out of the dried fruit. The second time, I was offered a choice of fruit or nuts. At this location, the classic comes with EITHER dried fruit OR nuts and brown sugar. If you want both fruit and nuts, expect to be charged extra! I'll take the extra time to run "across town" to the other location. I won't be back to pay more for the same product offered elsewhere!
