McDonald's — Restaurant in Hood River

Very disappointed in this location. I stopped by this McDonald's because my son wanted a happy meal. We've always come to this location. Had never had a problem before today. So we go thru the drive thru to order my son's happy meal. 1st off the screen was displaying the other cars orders. Mine never showed. No problem. I pay. I get to the drive thru I get my son's milk he asked for then his meal. We drive home. Get hike my son starts eating his meal. When he asked for his milk...I go grab the bottle. Turn to open the top. Comes off to easy. I decide to look inside the bottle. To my surprise I don't see milk at all! I find this container of "milk" to have cottage cheese! I close it back up. I check the date on the milk...4 days expired! I call McDonald's. It took 8 calls for some one to finally answer. Just to get hung up on! So I call back again. This time the manager on duty answers. I start by stating I had just been thru the drive thru and the whole situation with the milk. All I kept getting from him was that he was sorry. No offer to just replace the milk. Until I asked if the milk could be refunded or replaced. Well then I had to go then. Well I'm sorry but I don't have time to drive back and forth to McDonalds to replace a milk. I am extremely disappointed in McDonald's at this point! If you happen to order from this location make sure your not getting food that...

THE WORST SERVICE. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal as I always do. Proceeded to the window. Paid. Picked up me food. Had to come back because they only put a 10 piece. Told them they got my order wrong. They said they didnt, that they don't have 20 piece chicken nugget meals and put 10, assuming that's what I meant to say, nope. Don't assume.

There hasn't been any issues before when I've ordered the same meal. They just ring it up and we all get on with their day..

They wanted to charge me for the other ten, the mistake they made, and were addimit it was mine, as if i am the one clicking the buttons on their computer. I have no problem paying, except when you put in the wrong order (and not what I asked) and continue to tell me it's my fault with a nasty attitude. Esmeralda and Rosalba both had this attitude over $3 extra dollars. Like bro, I'm happy to pay you those $3, but when your narcistic behavior, aggressive attitude, and nasty looks is what you're giving me, then I'm going to have an issue with it.

I never write bad reviews, only when the service is beyond terrible, even if they always get my order wrong... Never been so mad or fought over $3 chicken...

Me and my wife went to this mcdonald's tonight. We ordered 20+ donnars of food. We also got two deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches (which were replacement sandwiches from the night before, because they didn't not have sauce on them and the chicken was completely burnt and tasted like smoke). We received these sandwiches and the same thing was wrong with them. I called about a half hour ago and spoke to a supposed shift manager named Angel. He was insanely rude, and hung up up on me, stating that their policy after messing up two orders in a row was to make the customer come back immediately for a replacement. Well me and my wife were already on our way out of town. I called the manager of the other mcdonald's in town, and she told me neither stores had policy such as this. So basically I got burnt, gross food. Got called a liar and hung up on, and still no resulution for the problem. How hard can it be to work at a mcdonald's.... Do not go to this store. Insanely unprofessional....
