Horrible service. Hot and ready pizzas don’t exist here... not once have I had one ready upon ordering. A few weeks ago I got a pizza that wasn’t even cut into slices. Today I went to the drive-thru and had a 20 minute wait behind a single car just to get my order taken. Correctly assuming they had no pizzas “hot n ready” I called to place the order while in the drive-thru but the phone went unanswered. I then pulled around to the front and tried to walk inside... only to find the entrance door to be locked. This is all happening 30-40 min before close, mind you. I was flagged from the inside to go to the drive-thru... great, more waiting. I then pulled BACK around to the drive-thru to find an employee who couldn’t seem more annoyed by the fact that she’s getting business. She proceeded to say it would be 5 minutes before it would be ready, which wouldn’t be the case. Also, side note, she handled my money and then prepared my pizza without gloves. During my visit, I encountered an extremely distressing situation involving one of your employees. Initially, this employee ignored us and made us wait for an extended period without any explanation or acknowledgment. When we finally did receive attention, the situation escalated unexpectedly. The employee began yelling at me without any apparent provocation and, more alarmingly, brandished a weapon-like instrument in an apparent attempt to intimidate me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and left me feeling threatened and unsafe.
I believe it is crucial for the safety and well-being of all customers and employees that this matter is addressed promptly. I kindly request that you investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure such behavior is not tolerated...
Read moreI just left this store and the lady that was at the counter did not say hello did not give me a bag for 4 items and when I asked for a bag she simply handed it to me to bag the items myself when I had two other bags already in my hand. When I commented on this she said she didn't want to lick her fingers but she should have and the turned her back to me and walked away. First of all, I did not have to lick my fingers to bag these items so her comment makes no sense. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life when it comes to getting a pizza. Do not go to this location they are rude unwelcoming and unhelpful and should fire this woman and hire people that care to actually help people. And lastly, I lost my father unexpectedly two days ago it would not kill people to realize that everyone is going through something and they should be kind.
