These first few negative comments here & single stars are just hilarious!
The Phil guy complains that his family drove 90 minutes to get to Airwalk, and was mad because they had no tickets left, then added that there was no answer all 5 times that he'd called.
Well, this is in NO WAY Airwalks fault! So the negative comment should be dismissed & ignored!
This is the families fault for driving 90 minutes out of the way without research on their destination! If they'd visited the Airwalk page before their 90 minute journey, they would have seen that Airwalk takes reservations, by booking time slots online. (Which would actually benefit those traveling from far so they don't have to wait long periods in order to jump).
Plus you have to sign a waiver BEFORE arriving, either saving it to your email & showing when you arrive or printing it off.
The other negative comment from Noah, well I really don't have to say much about that if you've tried to read it yourself you'll know what I mean. It doesn't make any sense. I assume they were fired up when they wrote it, because it's a mess. Everything runs together & is jumbled.
I couldn't even finish reading it because I was confused. I'm guessing they had a problem with boys and waivers and employees.
You should check and make sure all the kids with you have a waiver before going in the door. If one doesn't, whip out your phone or iPad & fill one out for that child. Save it to screen and show the employees when you check in. If you wait until check in, of course the employee is going to not allow you to sign another child's form because of laws and such. That's why you do it before hand, your child or not. They won't have a reason to not allow that child. He/she has a signed waiver.
Okay I'm done now. AIRWALK IS AMAZING FUN! YOU & YOUR KIDS WILL LOVE IT!
Birthday packages are a little ridiculous tho! $12 x 15 kids is only $180. So a party package for 15 on a Saturday is $325, ur paying $145 for the party room for 45 minutes. I'd rather reserve 15 slots in advance, get a group discount and then go to a near by spot for food & cake. With the $145 you save on the party room, You could go grab some place good for...
Read moreAwesome time! Great experience! I chose to have my daughters 7th bday party here on Feb 23. I had been here before with my sister but this was the first time for my daughter. The party planning was very easy and the staff was very helpful. When we got there we were introduced to our party attendant who was very nice and helpful. They had extra waivers for us and got all the kids checked in with no problems. They even let us add 2 jumpers on over our 10 jumper limit for free (im sure they dont do that all the time), but that was an awsome bonus! It was a little crowded on the jump floor but it was a saturday afternoon so that was to be expected, however after about 20 mins the crowd thinned out significantly. Even being a bit crowded there really wasnt any long lines at the stations. The actual party was great too. The attendant pretty much set everything up for us, we picked the table cloth color and they did the rest, even the clean up was taken care of. All in all this was a great experience, a little pricey compared to other birthday options but worth every penny in my opinion. It was a party my daughter and her friends will never forget and definitely made my daughters party the envy of all the other parents! I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone considering planning a party here or just coming to jump. Like I said a bit pricey but worth every penny! Thanks Next Level for making my daughters 7th birthday awsome! I...
Read moreWe recently visited SkyHigh Trampoline Park with our kids, and it exceeded all expectations! The park is spacious and designed with safety as a top priority. They have trained staff stationed throughout the jumping zones to ensure children are following rules and staying safe. We were impressed by the mandatory safety briefing before entering and the availability of grip socks, which help prevent slipping on the trampolines. There are also plenty of cushioned surfaces and foam pits to ensure soft landings.
The food at the park was surprisingly good for a kid-focused venue. The café offers a variety of options, from healthy snacks to classic kid favorites like pizza and chicken tenders. Everything tasted fresh, and the staff were friendly and efficient, which made ordering a breeze.
The management team is clearly dedicated to providing a positive experience. They were attentive, constantly checking on guests, and maintaining a clean, well-organized space. The entire facility, including the restrooms, was spotless. Additionally, they had a seamless process for booking birthday parties and special events, which we’ll definitely consider for future celebrations.
Overall, SkyHigh Trampoline Park is a fantastic spot for a family day out. It strikes the perfect balance between fun and safety, with great food and outstanding...
