Forgot to change my review😅 We've had good experiences lately. Food is fresh and accurate. Customer service is good. No complaints. I am sad they made milkshakes one size only so you can't upgrade to a large now.
Update:
Tonight I went inside and used the app to mobile order my dine in food. I updated my score from a 2 to a 5 because my order was HOT and AMAZING. The blonde girl who brought me my food was kind and cheerful.
Maybe I came on a bad night, last time?
Update: Taking back my first update. Even my dine in food has been terrible and I'm so tired of highschool and college kids ignoring me when I want to order. An icecream cone took 20 minutes. I won't be back to this location.
Chick-Fil-A, you have disappointed me. (Order # 3918900, no survey code).
We have started to stray away from this location because it seems like anytime we come through there is either bad service at the drive thru (kids having random convo's in the drive thru window or bad attitudes) but I went anyway.
Last night I went through the drive thru after a very bad day at work (because everyone needs a little Jesus and Chicken, right?).
Well, I pulled into the drive thru where the girl who took my order seemed distracted and annoyed ( very fair granted that it was right after a dinner rush and she appeared to be teenager).
I finally got to the window where I was told it would be a few minutes since my order was not ready. (I was not going to be mad because I knew it would be hot and delicious since I was waiting).
BOY WAS I WRONG.
I live 5 minutes down the road from you (that's with heavy traffic). I got home, opened my bag, and what did I discover?
Cold and soggy fries. A sandwich that appeared to be sitting under a heat lamp because the bottom bun was as hard as a brick, the lettuce had wilted and turned hard on the ends, and the tomato was slimy. Even the chicken was cold. This was the MCDONALD'S version of a Chick-Fil-A sandwich.
If I wanted a sad, soggy, chicken sandwich, I wouldn't have paid $14 for it. The only thing good about my order were the milkshakes and the guy at the drive thru window. (Shout out to him because he was the only one smiling during my entire fiasco and was great!)
I am so disappointed and I would have called but after the day I had, it really wasn't worth my time.
Please make sure you serve the food you are known for to...
Read moreWe’ve been to this location since this store opened. It’s convenient for us because we live right down the street on 119. They’re usually pretty good with orders but tonight they messed up our order - we ordered 2 12 count chicken nuggets along with several other things and they only gave us 1 12 count chicken nuggets. I suppose I should have made sure I got everything I ordered right there then but I also think if you go to reputable (fast food) restaurants they should get your order correct every time. Our kids were disappointed that they were missing one order of 12 count chicken nuggets. It was just very inconvenient to find that out when I got home.
OK
I’m following up on my previous review and downgrading my review to 1 star.
I called this location right after we got home to find out that they messed up or order.
A young gentleman who answered my call immediately asked if I could come back and get the other 12 count nuggets. Like I said I suppose I should have made sure we got everything right right there right then. But what if I lived 20 or 30 minutes away instead of 10 minutes away. That’s another 40 minutes to an hour I’ll have to use to get this order right.
So I said no.
Then he offered to send us a coupon for an order of 12 chicken nuggets. So I gave him our email address.
It’s been a month and did we get that email? NO.
We began to see the difference in employees’ attitude - curtesy and professionalism - about an year ago. We started to see them chitchatting with each other and making us customers wait when we were ready to order in drive through.
I mean if they don’t follow through with their promises they’re no better than those companies that swindle money off their customers.
Yeah. Sure it’s only a $5 item and we’re not a big corporation with $500K account. But that’s how a downfall of a company starts IMO.
I’m telling you Chick-fil-A has past its peak and it’s all downhill from here.
We’re never going back to Chick-fil-A again. You can keep our $5 or whatever that costs...

If there were a Nobel Prize for Drive-Thru Excellence, Keagan would have a shelf full of them. This isn’t just a review—it’s a love letter to the man who redefined what it means to be a Chick-fil-A attendant. Keagan isn’t just an employee; he’s a maestro, a visionary, and the human embodiment of "my pleasure."
From the moment you roll up to the speaker, you’re greeted with a voice so warm and welcoming, it feels like a hug from your favorite grandma. But Keagan doesn’t stop there. Oh no. He remembers your name, your usual order, and even asks about your dog (who, by the way, he also remembers by name). How does he do it? Magic? A photographic memory? We may never know, but we’re better for it.
His efficiency is unmatched. While other drive-thrus fumble with orders, Keagan is a symphony of precision. Your food is ready before you even pull up to the window, and it’s always piping hot, perfectly packaged, and accompanied by a smile so radiant it could power a small city. He doesn’t just hand you your meal—he presents it like it’s a Michelin-starred masterpiece. And let’s be honest, in his hands, it is.
But Keagan’s greatness doesn’t end at the window. He’s a beacon of positivity, a ray of sunshine on even the cloudiest days. He’s the kind of person who makes you believe in the goodness of humanity. If Chick-fil-A ever decides to franchise happiness, Keagan should be the CEO.
In conclusion, Keagan isn’t just the best Chick-fil-A drive-thru attendant—he’s a national treasure. The world is a better place because he’s in it, and if you haven’t experienced the Keagan Effect, you haven’t truly lived. Thank you, Keagan, for being the hero we didn’t...
