Hamburger Heaven — Restaurant in Alabama

I decided to break away from my drab lunch routine and roam 280 for something a bit different. Hamburger Heaven has been on my "To Try" list of a while so I figured, "Why not?". I opted for the drive thru to save on time. You can tell this is a hometown operation by the way everything is setup but I can dig it. The drive thru was quick enough and everyone was very friendly! I opted for the 1/2 lb jumbo cheeseburger with fries and a water. When I unwrapped my lunch it actually looked really good, nothing like Burger King or any other national fast food chain and it didn't taste like it either. There was a great flavorful sauce, juicy burger, soft bun and crispy fries. What really struck me about the fair is that unlike other fast food, this burger didn't leave me feeling lethargic and heavy. Don't get me wrong, it's not a healthy choice by any means but it seems to be a smart choice when you want to be a little bad. I'll be back to Hamburger Heaven soon to try a dine in order. Update! The price for this sandwich is located on this page @ $6.99. So, as the owner/manager, you should be aware of the pricing. As I stated, I paid $12.00 for a sandwich that's listed as $6.99. Please be aware of your pricing before you call someone out for speaking the truth! I'll never return as a customer. Okay, I gave them one more chance. I ordered their Club Sandwich, which looked so good on the menu, and paid almost $12 for it, alone, although the price on their website states $6.49??. Why???? I didn't order anything else. I'm trying to be nice, but I was extremely disappointed. Very small amount of bacon was so hard I removed it, 1 slice of tomato only, plenty of turkey that was processed,bf. and bread barely toasted, etc. I've tried so many times to enjoy this place like I did in the past, but it's always a fail for me. well have eaten lunch here several times and been well pleased with the hamburgers. so decided to try breakfast well hence the 2 stars breakfast was a for a lack of better words a joke I had the smoked sausage egg and cheese on toast. first off one small halved smoke sausage link positioned on a bias a half spoonful off I think were eggs and cheese. priced way to high for what you get service was slow and no responsive to how busy they were also being understaffed didnt help their situation either. also asked several other customers how their breakfast was and most said coffee was like drinking strained water the grits were probably the worst they have ever had. did get a complement on the bacon but how do you mess up bacon really. so I may try it again but it wont be...
