Horrible. First of all, when I order a personal pizza, you should NOT act as if it’s beneath you to grab one out of the freezer. Secondly, I when I asked for the personal pizza, the guy actually stood still, stared at me, then asked, “Right now?” Hmmm...WHY WOULD YOU ASK THAT QUESTION?! Now, I’m one to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after the next situation I knew he was being lazy and disrespectful. I walk over to the soda station and look at the tea (it still has the lid on top, and it is still sitting out) so I go to pour some, and they’re out. I turn around to tell the guy they’re out of tea and his response is, “Yeah.”
And IF ONLY it ended there. When I returned home with our food, my husband noticed they put bell peppers on his sandwich. I specially only said “pepper”. I’ve been to a million subways and asked for my husbands order and this is the first time they’ve mistaken bell peppers for ground pepper. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if they hadn’t treated me like I was beneath them, and shouldn’t have come in. I hope this manager/owner knows he/she has just...
Read moreThe dude had headphones in and couldn't hear half the stuff my roommate and I were saying. We weren't given the right toppings, and the toppings we did get, we got minimal amounts. Extra onions and mozzarella cheese? We received a normal amount of onions and a few pieces of cheese. By a few pieces, I mean actual mozzarella shavings. There was barely any cheese on there. He went cheap on the ham and other meats as well. Couldn't even see the ham in the cross-section. He tried toasting a sandwich I said I didn't want toasted, he didn't give us the drink we asked for, then accused us of stealing and lying about the drink we ordered with our meal. Literally a ripoff cheapskate. Luckily there's another Subway down the road, so we don't have to get...
Read moreThe second star was only because the fountain drinks were cold. Everything else about this place was embarrassingly bad. The two workers behind the counter were arguing with a customer over a Subway Melt, which they, the employees, said didn’t exist. After she pointed it out on the menu, they acted like they knew that’s what it was and blamed her for her wording. The guy making sandwiches, Kevin, was having to consult a “cheat sheet” for every sandwich he made. Even when it was the same one he just made. After asking a few questions, I was told they were a new team and hadn’t been trained. For REAL?!?!? Who would have let these two work together if neither is trained??? I’d say to avoid this place for long enough to properly trim their...
