The Craft Burger — Restaurant in Chelsea

I ordered the craft burger & seasoned fries. After 25 minutes of not getting my food I went in to check on it to learned they never made it. Then out of the blue & very quickly one of the cooks brings my food. I asked him if it had been sitting in the back getting cold and he said no or something like that as he didn't seem to speak English very well. When I sat down to eat there were hot fries on top but the fries underneath the top layer we're cold & they were so over seasoned they were not edible. Whatever seasoning they put on them is horrible and overpowering so I recommend that you avoid the "seasoned fries". About 3 bites into the burger, I noticed one of the patties was medium rare to raw. I brought it back in and told the lady at the register at this point I didn't even want to eat anymore I was just done & I wanted my money back. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my money back because the lady at the cash register had to wait on her manager to get back. She was very sweet it wasn't her fault. When the manager got back he got cash out of the register & handed it to the cashier lady to give to me without saying a word to me or making eye contact with me. I feel like I should have at least gotten a managerial apology. I'm no Karen and I didn't cause a scene even though I should have but I won't be back! Horrible...

If you are into quality scrumptiously delicious burgers this is the place to drop in for lunch!! From the moment you are greeted, thanks Caitlyn, to the moment you leave with a come back again yall lol....you will enjoy the experience not to mention a great burger and fries!!! They also will season up the fries with their special seasoning if you want, and the Craftburger comes with their in house made sauce which is smooth and sweet!! If you are really wanting for an ending then don't forget to grab yourself one of their made in house Double Chocolate Brownies or Chocolate chip cookies!! You will need to ignore the extra calories on those...

Best burger in town!! From the moment you walk in to a smiling face and friendly hello until you devour each and every bite to a delicious burger!! I always get the Craftburger and fries so can not comment on the rest of the menu so will leave that to another diner, but I will say it is my favorite burger in town!! And kudos to the manager Caitlyn for adding those double chocolate brownies to the venue!! Great addition but Caitlyn I really don't need all those calories lol....ok, so on occasion I just can't resist!! Always a pleasure to be greeted here when you walk in until you leave with a thanks for the business and come...
