Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hoover

I visited 2 taco bells yesterday. 1st one was on Pelham talk about atrocious! Left the 1st taco Bell with NO food. Then headed to the Hoover location. The staff was at least nicer. My order was messed up there as well. Didn't get my 2 freeze drinks. Didn't get my sons cinnamon sticks. As well as my daughter's cheese quesadilla. All three of my hard tacos were soggy and had to b put in the oven. At this point I had spent nearly 2 hrs trying too get food for 4 and two locations couldn't seem to figure it out. My order want difficult. 3 been burros 3 w/out onion add sour cream to one of those. 2 more been burritos just add sour cream to both. 1 hard Taco nacho 1 soft taco. All tacos just meet cheese and sour cream. Instead got 2 reg. Hard tacos soggy(extra side of soggy) 1 soft taco. The grease from the meet made the soft taco so soggy that almost all the Taco fillings fall straight out of the bottom of the BBC Taco. Had to remind them of the 2 cherry freeze drinks. On top of this setup didn't get cheese quesadilla, nacho Belgrade. I don't know what it is about Tsco Bell in Alabma but let me tell you - It does NOTb...

I'm normally pretty generous with my reviews. However, my experience here was definitely below par. My wife and I stopped here for a quick bite on our way to an appointment. There's an expectation that you will order from a touchscreen kiosk. There are only two and I stood waiting for one for over 5 minutes. It's not necessarily Taco Bell's fault that one guy took 10 minutes to place an order, but it happened. Next, ordering was fairly intuitive, but you had to add each item then go back to select more. It's like being taken to your shopping cart online every time you select 'add'. So then there was the wait for our food. The place was not that busy, but it was obvious they were giving priority to the drive thru. It took over 15 minutes for them to call our name. The other thing is that the quality of the food was not that great. I know it's not fine dining, but my taco was not well prepared and all of the onions in my bean burrito were in one spot at the very end. Ugh. Plus the drink selection was not good. It's doubtful I'll ever visit this...

I went here this morning for breakfast and upon entering I thought my visit would be pleasant but that didn’t take long to prove me wrong. I walked in and used the kiosk and placed my order. For the first 3-5 minutes no one noticed me or said anything then there were two Hispanic ladies that came from the left side in the back and tended to the drive thru and completely ignored me. After the drive thru was clear I waited another 3-5 minutes just for her to ask if I needed to place an order which had already been placed and ignored. But here’s the absolute worst part about it all before they made my food I saw the Hispanic lady with the headset on take a burrito from outside the drive thru window unwrap it and dump the inside of an old burrito into a fresh wrap then add a few eggs and wrap it back up. That is disgusting and totally unacceptable and I will be reaching out to corporate with this matter. I don’t recommend anyone take their business here and this place should be under...
