Aww, instead of taking the constructive criticism as an adult, you chose to create grammatical errors and create a possible defamation lawsuit. This was my first time visiting this shop and I came in on 2/21/25 from 545p-1106p for a leave out sew in with Hair already washed and I stated if she needed to charge extra and wash my hair again then it’s understandable with (20,22,&24 human natural black body wave bundles). The 2nd visit was on 2/22/25 from 621p-823p for a fix on the initial sew in with ( 2-16 in body wave human natural black bundles & black dye). Initially I assumed this would be the best experience considering the ratings and reviews but there were a lot of mishaps, miscommunication, rushing, and lack of time management. I love the fix she completed on 2/22/25 but because of the way she acted by pretending like she didn’t remember our prior conversations and tried to up charge me for her errors, I will not be returning unfortunately. I would still recommend her if she makes improvements on her communication and time management skills. I called twice the day of my appt to ask if I needed more than 3 bundles and if I needed to bring black dye because my hair was brown with a purple hue with black roots. I was advised that 3 bundles would be enough for the style I wanted to achieve which was a “full volume sew in that would blend well with the leave out” and she stated that she didn’t need to dye my hair because she would make it look ombré. She also looked at my real hair and bundles when I arrived and confirmed again. I arrived at the shop and she had two clients in the back, two in the front, and myself and another client as her 6p appt(s) and I was advised by phone that she would only be working on one person when I arrived and she’d work on both of our styles simultaneously. To make a long story short, she finished the other 4 clients within the first hour and half of me being in the shop, she finished the last client before me at 1006p and she started on my hair after 8p. I only waited because it was too last minute to find and schedule with someone else. I called her within 20 minutes after leaving the shop the first time because there were a lot of spaces in my hair where tracks should’ve been placed,I could see my braided foundation every time I moved my hair, she put a pasty white concealer in my middle part, sprayed black out spray in my hair to cover up her mistakes, and my edges were flaky from the product build up. I honestly felt like she rushed my hairstyle because I was the last client and she had plans to prep for her daughter’s bday which is understandable but should not have affected the way that my hair was being done. She initially stated by phone on 2/22/25 that she’d fix my sew in free of charge with the dye on 2/25/25 and I agreed until a track came loose. I asked if I could come in earlier so she stated maybe 2/23/25 then changed it to 2/22/25 at 630p. When I came in the 2nd time, I asked for the full sew in only not the braid down to be re done with the dye and she wanted to charge more and I disagreed. Then I asked how much more because I just needed it fixed then she couldn’t come up with a price so I made a statement about why should I have to pay more for her errors when I asked her what she needed from day one. She claims she was working with what I had like I couldn’t get more hair and dye the first time because paying was not the obstacle, it’s the fact that she kept changing what she stated like I was in the wrong when she is the professional and I took her advice. Also, she was working on another client while fixing my hair the 2nd time. Overall, I did not pay extra for the 2nd visit and she re did half the sew in with dye and I wish the experience could have been better because I really needed a shop to come to constantly but I hate when people don’t accept responsibility for their simple mistakes and I appreciate what was done.Pictures show braid foundation, initial sew in with brown leave out and track spacing, and fixed sew in with black leave out, and...
Read moreNo no no no, I mean no do not go here. The salon is not clean, the stylist talk and gossip about any and everyone, and everything curse and constantly used offensive words. Most importantly I asked for a blowout on my natural hair she ended up burning my natural coils with the amount of heat she used on my hair I ultimately had to do the big chop again, yes it’s inexpensive but not worth the environment or what I needed up having to do which is cut my hair off because of the ignorance on how to manage natural hair. My hair smelt like flat iron for over a month even after washing it multiple times it would not go back to its natural coil this is when I realized she burned my hair and the only way for my original texture to return is to cut it, despicable.

Read moreI wasnt going to leave a review, but I believe it's needed. I currently have thinning in my hair and I had hair that was growing back. I went to get a crochet on a Thursday and noticed on the following Tuesday my edges was bald by the way I had edges. Not to mention this was not my first time getting crochet in my hair, but far as going to this salon it was. Overall, $160 down the drained within days.
The owner did say she would correct the problem by fixing my hair, but why would i want to go back for more damage. I would not reccommed this salon to anyone! Therefore, STAY Away especially if you have thinning or hair! I am truly disappointed!
