My girlfriend and I stopped at this Starbucks on our way to the beach to grab lunch. My girlfriend went inside to order for us, but shortly came back out empty handed, face beet-red and on the verge of tears. She said upon entering, the vibes were already unwelcoming, let alone the fact that she wasn't greeted by any of the staff. Her attempt to order was nearly impossible because the music was way too loud, that even the manager on shift couldn't hear her, and resulted in the manager getting frustrated with my girlfriend, and eventually turned her away and refused to take the order. Not trying play the devil's advocate, my girlfriend can be pretty soft-spoken, but she said she was practically yelling and still wasn't being heard. I decided to have my girlfriend stay in the car while I went in to confront the manager on her poor customer service, and potentially get the issue resolved so we could order. Loud rap music was indeed blasting over the speakers, you'd think it was a nightclub. Not to mention, the store being filthy and the floors were extremely sticky -- gross. Went to the manager, who was a short, tattooed girl with dark hair, and asked her why she refused to take our order. She immediately got nasty with me and said if my girlfriend was louder, she would serve her. I stated how loud the music was and suggested turning it down instead of forcing customers to yell out their orders. She ignored me, unsurprisingly, so I left and decided to take our business to Dunkin' instead, they were MUCH friendlier. I briefly caught the manager's nametag and I think her name was Courtney. With that being said, that childish little girl needs to be sacked and replaced immediately if those are the standards she sets...
Read more0 stars Terrible service the wait is entirely too long even ordering mobile if I could have said 0 I would have and this is coming from someone who gets Starbucks just about daily ! I try my hardest to avoid this one in particular on top of that the people who work there have terrible customer service ! They need help ! Should def hire some people who are at least customer service experienced I have said it before but never stood on it but will be after today never again not here ! ! Order placed at 410pm cheese danish and a venti ice white mocha 425 still nothing ! Oh and it’s dead in here so not sure what it is they are doing but it’s not making drinks there is all of 3 customers in here absolutely ridiculous whenever I get my drink I will update on how it taste ! 428 got my danish currently 431 I asked to get my drink cancelled or refunded for them to only Go To a seperate counter and say ohhh it’s right here...

I don’t think Starbucks and baristas truly understand how important it is to assure and ensure the quality and accuracy of customers’ request. Earlier this week, the barista admitted the mistake of adding 2% milk vs. almond milk. Although the error was caught immediately, there has obviously been times when I’ve suffered with cramps and inflammation from the wrong milk. Please pay attention and be accurate when someone is placing an order that is customized. You’d think there’d be a better way to detect if your drink is made correctly. Not to mention the surcharge of plant based milks. I think I will begin to make coffee at home and save my coins since it has began to be a health concern. I must say the baristas have always been upbeat and pleasant. I will miss the barista...
