Update 04/2025 Ordered 40 worth of food and after a brief wait we received our food which looked fine until we got home? Should you have to thoroughly inspect your order or should you be able to trust that the care and consideration is taken that your entire order is prepared to satisfaction? My blue zalad didn't have any blue cheese on it and more than half my chicken was without buffalo sauce resulting in a very poor excuse for a zalad. Ordered an extra dressing only to have 1 of 3 practically packaged air? Fries weren't any better barely having seasoning on any of it. Getting your order correctly delivered seems to be special privilege anymore.
Update: 12/2023 Renee went above and beyond to correct an order I played with multiple issues including communication. Renee showed that with good communication and attention to detail can make or break any fast food experience and she demonstrated that customer service and quality of product is very important to her and I appreciate the effort she made to correct the errors in my order.

Visited this restaurant once again for a salad and since they no longer serve the egg rolls on the side I choose to go for a house salad this time. I uploaded what is advertised and what was supplied to me. No toast, hardly and tomatoes or cheese and no fried onions and if im already pointing things out there is obviously not the same amount of chicken either. I understand they can't simulate the presentation of each meal to the advertisement but the contents and quantity and quality should be comparable. Considering what these salads cost, I can't help but expect more effort by the employees. I do hope this issue can be addressed and this meal can be made right as well.
Go for the advertised food, leave with disappointment. Decided to try this new asian salad and as per usual with this particular establishment, I was delivered complete disappointment. The eggrolls were burnt and only after we paid did they inform us they were out of the sweet chili sauce. So a salad advertised with not 1 but 2 sauces only comes with one and that also happens to be the sauce for the "burnt" eggrolls. Edit: Management did make this right and it was appreciated.
We go to restaurants for convenience and the possibility of trying foods you normally don't make or have even tried so very discouraged once again after this visit as we have been let down on multiple past visits with this particular establishment. Read moreI went thru the drive thru and ordered a Zax family pak and a side order of fried pickles. When I got home I only had chicken and fried pickles. There was no bread or fries in my bag. I took my bag of food and went back to Zaxby's which took me 15 minutes, sat in the drive thru for another ten minutes. I told the person running the drive thru what happened. She said she could give me some more fried pickles. I told her I have the pickles. I did not get the fries and bread. When I got to the window the manager was there. She asked me for my receipt. I looked thru the bag, my purse and the car. I did not have a receipt. The manager said she could not do anything without a receipt. I told her I paid with my debit card they should have a record of what I ordered. They told me to pull up. I sat there for about 5 more minutes then it occurred to me I could look on my card and see the purchase. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager. This time a male manager came to the register. I told him I have a record of the time and purchase amount of my purchase. He told me he was sorry but I only ordered the chicken and not the family pak. I assured him I ordered the family pak. He said again that is not what you ordered. I told him no, I did order the family pak and he said we'll that isn't what you paid for. By this time I am frustrated, hungry and now my chicken and fried pickles are cold. Read moreI waited in line for quite awhile. I ordered 2 cob salads. One grilled and the other fried. I get all the way home to find out they only put egg on one of the salads. So I called the store, a young man answers and I explained to him that one of the salads was missing the egg to which he replied, is that all? Can you come back up here and we'll give you an egg? I said Sir, I'm all the way in Hoke Co. He said well would you like to hold and speak to a manager to which I replied sure. Eddie the store manager gets on and I explained to him what happened. He says what's your transaction #? I provided it to him. He says okay, write my name down and the next time you come up here, I'll give you an extra egg! I said I didn't ask for extra egg. What I need is good customer service which seems to be a thing of the past! When folks wait in line forever at your establishment, at least pay attention to the details of their order. To which he replied, our line is always like that. Trying to in a sense argue with me I guess. I don't know why he bothered adding that. There are other locations that would be happy to have a new customer. My order wasn't anything out of the ordinary, just 1 fried cobb salad and 1 grilled cobb salad with extra ranch dressing for them both.
