I stopped in here to let my daughter use the bathroom and grab what I thought would be a quick order of a Cheesy Gordita Cravers Box & a cheese quesadilla. They didn't appear to be busy. The manager & two employees were outside when I arrived. One wash coming from the dumpsters, the manager appeared to be in break & possibly smoking a cigarette. The other employee was asking the manager how many bags of meat to prepare to which he responded 6. I went in to use the restroom but the door was locked. The manager asked me if someone was in the men's room, I said no & went to place my order while I waited on the restroom. There were 3 people in front of me. I told the cashier I wanted the cheesy gordita box & pointed to it on the menu board, I also requested sour cream on my crunchy taco. I then stuffed my receipt in my purse because the total seemed right & took my child to the restroom. Right after I ordered the crowds from the SVHS Homecoming game began arriving. The manager on duty was obviously not prepared and they had to open the 2nd side. I watched orders flying out the drive thru side but we had to wait for the manager and another crew member to set up the front side. It took nearly 15 minutes to get my order. When I got it, it was wrong. I checked the receipt to find out it was rang up wrong. The manager told her to give me some card & to ring it up again and I pay the difference. The card I received was for a single solitary taco. I waited, my impatience growing as I had two other children I needed to pick up from SVHS. After another 5 or so minutes, watching other people get order after order I was very upset. The manager told me that he had other orders that needed to go out. I told him I understood that but you are remaking an order the cashier didn't ring up right, I've already been here over 20 minutes. About 5 minutes later I finally received my order. If my little girl hadn't been hungry too, I would have demanded a refund & left without my food. I worked 3 yrs as a manager at a fast food place right outside of Fort Bragg. I understand you get rushes. But it's also important for management to be aware of local events that may cause an influx of customers and wait to start breaking things down. Read more05/2025 update: Why!? Why is it so hard to give you what you pay for? You see the picture in the advertisement and say that sounds good so you order it only to be met with disappointment! Ordered the chicken cantina bowl and what I received was pitiful at best.
I guess they thought if they mixed it all up I wouldn't notice the sad 2 small pieces of chicken amongst the cabbage and lettuce. If this establishment can't afford to deliver quality food why bother at all? Maybe it's a lack of training or motivation for good customer service? Please do better!
11/21/2023 Update: This establishment needs either new management or a complete overhaul of majority of it staff. Ordered the grilled cheese nachos and the pictures speak for themselves. Everytime we oder from this establishment they either short us on portions or completely omitted part of our order which we paid for.
What a joke!
So this is the second time in a week we have ordered the double chalupa box for 1, the type of food and 2, the xbox code. Both times we were not offered the boxes as we ordered 2 chalupa boxes and the orders were nothing more than a joke. As seen in this picture the "double" chalupa was indeed the correct shell but the filling left plenty to be desired, the spicy tostada didnt have any sauce on it and one of our soft tacos had no ground beef but instead had potato pieces in place!?
Even our drinks were wrong as we ordered a mountain dew and Pepsi and recieved and a mix of Pepsi and something else, oh and the nacho chips? Lol I guess filling the little cups with a decent amount of cheese is to much to ask and thank you for the few sauce packs we received. Fast food is truly becoming a joke.

She was very rude to me and was being very petty towards us because my order had a modification so she got it wrong and when we pointed it out she was very rude . When she remade it she was petty about it and rude . Also witnessed her treating the employees badly and cussing at them. I asked for a refund before the other manager with the sweetest disposition offered to fix my order and apologized to us. The great manager is named Kishma she is a angel with the sweetest attitude honestly she should have Tonya position. It always seems the top dog is the rudest and most unthankful to have a job! Tonya is the epitome of someone I wouldnt even have employeed at my business! Please provide her training with customer service bc she is lacking severely! Kishma deserves a raise she is setting the example and shows care for her employees and customers! Kishma will be the only reason I'd ever visit this location again!
