I've never felt the need to write a bad review about Pizza Hut before, because usually my service is great, but today I've received the worst service ever, and will never be ordering from then again. I was at work tonight and so that I could have some food for my break instead of what we serve I placed an order through the app at 7:04pm. The estimated delivery time for my pizza was around 7:34, which I was cool with. While the time was rolling around to 7:50 I was wondering what had been taking so long for my pizza to get here. Also considering that according to the delivery tracker my pizza was sent out for delivery at 7:31. Mind you the place I work is literally right across the street from Pizza Hut. Same road and everything. It should have taken no more than 5 minutes for it to get me. The driver never contacted me as if they couldn't find my address or anything. So, when it was 7:50 I decided to call up there and see if there had been an issue of some kind, and then the lady said she would call the driver. I told her where I worked and everything, and my personal phone number was provided as well with my order, so they could have called me back after speaking with the driver. Around 8:05 still no pizza and no call from them. It appeared to me no effort was being put out to get my food delivered to me. It was finally around 8:15 when my food made it to me. I was on the headset at my job, so my managers handled getting the food. They had asked what the issue was and what took so long for the food to get there and all that. The lady, very rudely, explained that the service time for Pizza Hut around that hour is 1 hour and 30 minutes and if it is not delivered within that time frame then the pizza is free. The driver also told us that if we had wanted our pizza that bad and couldn't handle the wait time we could have walked across to go get it ourselves. That in its own was disrespectful. So, after a while I decided to call them up and explain the situation, because I was very upset with the service I had received, especially from the driver. When I finally called them I explained the situation and the lady then put me on the phone with a manager. I reexplained the situation to the manager, Courtney, who then told me that she was my driver. She said that the delivery time was in place for busy nights and things like that. I tried to explain that my problem was not waiting a hour and 15 minutes for my pizza. The problem was that 45 minutes was between the delivery although we were right across the road. She said that didn't mean anything as long as we got in time it didn't matter. Which I found kind of rude, because that was basically excusing that she could choose to run some kind of errands before delivery my food which I feel as if that was the case. Then I explained how upset I was about the driver telling me we could have walked as if we were not in a work establishment and we chose the delivery for a reason,and also I was very respectful during this phone call. Then the lady told me that she was the driver and she spoke with us. She said she never said we should have walked, although those words did come out of her mouth, she said that they were right across the street, so we could have done anything else had we wanted it. She also said that she felt as if our staff was disrespectful towards her and that she had some complaints about us. She claimed that we were arguing in the corner about how the pizza was late, which was not true, because I was on the headset the whole time she was there, so I never spoke with anyone about the instance, and no one was arguing over anything. The lady refused to do anything about the service we received tongiht. I honestly was most baffled by the fact that the lady I spoke with was a manager. The management staff at Pizza Hut must be very poor due to the service I received and the comments directed towards us. Read moreIf I could leave a 0 star I def would this is the 4th time that I have had an issue for the same order first day on thurs placed an order at 11pm they called back saying something wasn’t available would I like to change it we did a change and they refunded the $0.30 difference and at 11:40 still said it was in the oven only 2 melts combo boxes and by 12 they usually close so they decided to not even deliver the meal we ordered at 11pm did not call or notify us about not bringing it. So the next day we see that the money was credited back to our account so we called again to make order we ordered the same thing the full melt box that comes with a side our sides were fries and boneless honey bbq wings with 2 extra sauces one for each box when our food got here of course we tipped the driver as nothing is their fault. When we opened the box the melts were totally wrong we ordered the meat lovers melt and it only came with couple pieces of sausage and white cheese and yellow cheese which is NOT what comes in it. We order this all the time and have been told they are premade when they come to the store. Also on top of the melts being wrong there was not a single sauce cup in either box. So we called again and they they gave us a credit of half the price that we spent on the meal. So the following day we called to use our credit we always order extra crispy because it’s usually soggy in the middle when we got it this time it was completely raw dough in the middle and again with no sauces at all. So we call AGAIN and explain to the lady at the call center and she was pretty nice explained how they usually come with one sauce already so we always order 2 extra so both boxes will have 2 so they credited us and resent the meal again and today we receive no problems with the meal except there was zero sauces once again so we call the call center today once again to speak with a manager. We got hung up on by a couple agents before we finally got in touch with a manager on the floor and she was so rude and snobby asking us to hurry up and get to the point, we wanted to start from the beginning so they can completely understand our frustration with this Pizza Hut location. We asked nicely to please let us explain and she huffed and puffed then placed us on hold then hung up on us. So we called again and the the next supervisor was really nice apologized for previous supervisors actions and listened to us we thanked her and asked to speak with a higher up to advise of previous supervisors actions we then were give a credit after almost an hour of the back and forth with the call center. We always tip the delivery drivers and she even provided a credit towards that as well but I will never be buying from this Pizza Hut ever again. This is the only one that delivers to my area but thanks to the supervisor who assisted I can use my credit at any other store location. Tried reaching out to the Main Street Pizza Hut and there is no way to get in touch with them directly which is a pain and their service is horrible. Read moreI saw from the road lunch buffet. So I stop in for lunch. Went to pay my bill and it's now gone from a 4.99 lunch to a 7 something lunch. I said wait a minute. What happened with the 4.99 lunch? She says that's if u buy a drink. I said I was not told this. They had one server. And she was trying to do everything at this hope mills location. She would kinda yell at u as u walked in buffet? Must would say he's. As yes is cashing others out. The as u looked around for a seat, she would tell u to set anywhere but the back, it's closed. Then she would ask what are u drinking at your sit or she'd ask from the front as she is ringing others out as u were looking for a sit. She was good at one arming a job others for sure didn't show up for. But NOT having the lunch special explained and costing me more at check out was really NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
