Burger King — Restaurant in Hopewell Township

LAWD PLEASE GET THAT GIRL SOME TRAINING! BUT SERIOUSLY, THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO GO HERE - SO DON'T GO HERE

Highlights: 20 minutes to get through a drive-through w/ only 2 cars in line Cashier literally screwed up every item on my order Had to go inside and the cashier still couldn't get it right! The cashier was not only completely incompetent but also rude

Went through the drive-through the afternoon of 7/21 and had to wait 15 minutes for the one car in front of me to have their order taken. I could hear the lady in the drive-through line in front of me having to repeat her order several times and correct the person taking the order through the intercom; this was over a 15 minute period. I wanted to go somewhere else but this area is very limited for drive-through options. When it was finally my turn in line I was greeted to absolute silence. I asked very loudly, "hello" to hear in return, "it'll be a minute".... 5 minutes later, I was asked what I wanted to order. I was very loud and clear, a #7 large, w/ onion rings and a chocolate Oreo shake. The order was not repeated back to me nor was there any order summary on the menu display.

I was given a total and proceeded to the pay window where the next s* show started. I was handed my shake, which looked wrong to me. I asked if this was the large Oreo shake and the cashier said, “yes”. Then after waiting another 5 minutes a cook from the back came up with a brown bag and asked if was getting a Whopper Jr, I clearly said no. The cashier then came back and said I have the right order for you here. She handed me a bag, I did a quick look and under the huge pile of napkins I saw my onion rings and what looked like a wrapped sandwich. I moved along as now there was a very long line of cars behind me. After inspecting the sandwich I quickly noticed she gave me the wrong order.

The #7 is the spicy chicken sandwich, what I was given was a whopper jr and some cold onion rings. I went inside and before I even got to the counter Ms. Incompetence said, “you got the wrong order, right”? I confirmed and instead of apologizing she looked at the receipt and said no, you got the right order, #5 a Whopper Jr. Yes I explained but I ordered a #7, then pointed up at the menu showing that was the chicken sandwich. Her response, “Oh yeah”. She reached her dirty hands into my bag and removed the whopper sandwich then called out to the cooks to bring up the chicken sandwich all while mumbling that the chicken costs more! No apology, no fresh onion rings and no fixing the wrong milkshake order.

My word of advice, pass this place up and get a burrito at...

Always understand, it’s a total longshot whether or not you get anything fresh when requested, especially when you know it’s going to be served as it’s been sitting around for hours seemingly, I’m specifically speaking about the chicken fries, I specifically asked for fresh ones because I tried them for the first time about two weeks ago and they were cold rubbery and nasty looking, same thing today even though I requested fresh.

I understand it is Burger King, it is fast food, and some people may say I’m overreacting, but for this reason I give it a one star because improvements are needed all over, needless to say all I ordered was two items and I stood in the lobby at the restaurant for about 30 minutes waiting for my order, no joke, just about my entire lunch period Waiting for fresh chicken fries.

I see now I can add a photo and will edit this next time I am brave enough to attempt a fresh order again, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a fresh food item especially when that simple priceless food item cost...

BEFORE I EVEN GET TO THE SPEAKER HES ALREADY TRING TO GET ME TO ORDER, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT I WANT YET. HE KEEPS SAYING HELLO!! HELLO!! HELLO!!! I ASK HIM TO WAIT A MINUTE, ABOUT 20 SECONDS LATER HES SAYING HELLO!!! CAN I HELP YOU?? HELLO HELLO!!!! CAN I HELP YOU!!! HE WONT STOP . SO I GAVE UP AND WENT TO MC DONALDS. AND IF YOU GET THE OWNER, HES REALLY CHEAP. THE DRINKS NOT EVEN FILLED UP ALL THE WAY AND HE ONLY GIVES YOU 1 KETCHUP AND 1 NAPKIN. I LOVE BERGERKING BUT I WILL BE GLAD TO GOTO ANOTHER ONE. THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED MORE THEN ONCE TOO.
