Please provide more details about your feedback (1487/2000characters) Grievance, Restaurant 32406, it began with a wrong order, or misunderstanding. 6/11/25 Order 95 2:47PM. I ordered my daughters Happy meal, the only reason I'd rather Mc Donald's is because I can spend time with school assignments while my daughter grabs a bite, and plays. We are common customers of this store location. I usually do not order for me, but this time I did, I upgraded my meal to a Large, they charged me, I get my large cup, but not my Large Fries. Literally that was it. Just to try and have them correct my already paid for order, (I paid for an upsize to Large expecting both the Drink and The fries), little lady did not mention I'd only receive a large drink because they expect for customers to pay the difference in fries when we upsize the meal instead of just being a one charge come in all deal, upsize charge should cover both. In this case it didn't. I am very upset because they did not change my fries, at all. Also for how long it took for them to resolve nothing. I understand Mc. Donald's does not value the customer. That is the feedback or service I recently received by the crew. Not all, Just the little lady in a black sweater, and Brandon, the individual who is in charge, does Mc Donald's train their employees with leadership skills? I am Upset. The whole trying to resolve my issue took from 2:51 pm until 3:23 pm that I received my "new Hot" meal. It was also not HOT. I suggest more training and Leadership skills for management in charge.
Atmosphere gets 4 stars because all children are enjoying their time, it should be five but I'm upset, I was definitely not valued. And Brandon, for being in charge, is not representing Mc Donald's with the appropriate demonstration in leadership skills or valuing the customer. Also, your website is having issues. Read moreOmg the so called wannabe manager with an inferiority complex needs the axe badly. I ordered 1 basket of fries, 2 chicken nugget happy meals, and a plain cheese burger. They didn't give us the burger or the nuggets for the Happy meal. Called and an employee told us to go back and with receipt. No problem, right? This little tyrant tried to stare me down, say bc there was nothing extra back there, I must be wrong but "she'd do me a favor and replace 1 of the nuggets, that the drive through cashier didn't charge me the burger." I said fine, charge me. But I want my correct order. This little p.i.t.a throws one bag of 6 piece on the counter and walks off. I check and wait a few more min until another employee asked if I needed anything else. I told them I'm still missing 1 nugget and my burger. The girl came back and once again tried to stare me down, saying she would not give me my meal, demanded to know who I spoke to, and NOW I needed to give her the happy meals in back bc supposedly I told her on the phone I wanted a 6 piece nugget and burger. I corrected her AGAIN I ordered 2 ch nuggets happy meal, a plain cheese burger, and a basket of fries. She still owed me the burger and nuggets. She stood there yelling at me she packed them herself, there was nothing else back there so I was mistaken. She glared at me, as I asked for her supervisor, she said she wouldn't tell me and she wasn't there. She stomped off and after almost 30 min dealing with this girl another employee threw a bag on the counter and left. My kids refused to eat them saying they smelled funny. Read moreWe went thru the drive thru at 11:50 and a team member stepped in front of our vehicle and told us that he had ignored tons of cars before us and that he wasn’t going to accept our order even tho they weren’t closed yet , we just wanted 2 powerades . The man told us to leave and continued to stand in front of our vehicle not allowing us to move foward . He then went inside but my spouse told him that we were waiting until 12 then and he said that it was fine because he was allowed to close early! . I’m a manager at a restaurant and I know for a fact he as a team member isn’t allowed to do so and can get sued for false advertisement on the time you guys close . I also know it’s automatic termination for closing restaurants early !! I will be taking this to cooperate extremely unsatisfied , you guys need to know how to pick your workers or else you’re going to keep giving customers terrible customer service . It isn’t very delightful for workers to be so rude and stand in front of people vehicles not allowing them to get drinks . We asked for his name and they told us his name was Bryan so I expect to not see him anymore that was unbelievably unacceptable.
