Miller's Ale House — Restaurant in Horizon West

Me and my boyfriend sat down at 7pm, ordered drinks straight away, 15 mins pass no drinks-we had asked a manager in which she told us our waitress is coming with them, waitress comes back to order food, we remind her of the drinks, order and 10 more mins finally get drinks. We wait about 40 mins for our food (a burger and chicken tenders) for the wrong food to come out. The food runner brings it back and we wait 10 more mins for the waitress to tell us our order got mixed up. She didn’t write down the order the first time so she had no idea what we ordered, We tell our orders again (which she again didn’t write it down) and wait 15 more mins, decide to speak to a manager, she disappears and finally comes back with chicken tenders after another 20 mins and to note the zingers had no sauce on them which I ordered with one of their sauces, then asks if we need anything else in which we inquired about my boyfriends burger which was a surprise to her. So she disappears again, we sit around for another 10 mins and when finally approached by our waitress we tell her we wanna just pay for our drinks and leave. She disappears for an amount of time and comes back to tell us our drinks are on the house and we’re good to leave. We left at 8:35 still as hungry as we were when we came in and super disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend, management was not helpful or attentive what so ever and really didn’t seem to care that we literally sat in that restaurant for an hour and 20 mins before ever seeing food hit our table. And the lack of awareness was astounding. Waiter had no idea what we ordered, manager was unaware that we were still waiting on a burger, I’ve never written a review before but this experience needed one. Will not be returning, or recommending, my boyfriend and I will stick to chilis, we go almost every week and always get great service...

This brand new style look of the Miller's Ale House is very nice and chill. The place looks fresh with all the newest style. Feels so comfortable. The restaurant is very clean all the way around. The bartender at the patio bar (Taylor) is very sweet, nice, kind, fun to talk to, and chill. She always made sure everything was going well. Her personality is awesome. She was always full of smiles and laughs. I enjoy talking to her. Her work performance was top notch as she interacted with everyone. She makes you feel so relaxed, comfortable, and enjoying yourself. I will definitely be back some day to visit Taylor. Now the other employee is named (AB). He was very cool and chill to talk to. He made sure we were able to watch two of our football teams play side by side with each other. He interacted with my friends John and I on all accounts of football and other things. He made sure we were good at everything and the service that is being provided from the bar. He had a great personality. Always smiling and relaxed. Taylor and AB work ethic were awesome. Went to watch the football ball placed my order. Got the fish and fries probably should have went with their zinger melt since I think that is what they are known for. First waitress was good be she went home some time during halftime and said there would be another waitress taking care of me. At the end of the game my waitress introduced herself and asked if I needed anything. That was after 2hrs of nobody coming around. I told her it would have been nice if I could’ve gotten another drink or ordered something else to eat. And her response was I was told that you didn’t need anything and are you ready to pay. So I asked for a manager. And all she could say was did you ask the bartender for anything. I wasn’t sitting at the bar. I said why should I ask for someone to wait on me that is your responsibility. I said I was ignored for 2 hours and she said how do I know if you’ve been ignored. I said ask her if she had come and checked on me. She came back and said that the waitress hadn’t come by and I took 2.00 off your bill. Wow a whole 2.00 bucks. I would’ve been happier with an apology and paid full price for my meal what a joke.
