This is the location that I frequent the most often because I live right around the corner and the nearest location otherwise is 10+ minutes away so it's not worth going out of the way unless I'm in that direction anyway, but over the last year or so I've had consistently terrible experiences here. The store itself is usually dirty, and I get that lots of customers are rude and will leave unclean tables, but messes go left and untouched by staff, and myself and my partner were once scoffed and laughed out of the restaurant after bringing to their attention that we had seen a rat on the floor near the drink station. Every time my friend group goes here there's ALWAYS an issue with the food, from cold, unsalted fries and lukewarm chicken nuggets, to missing burger patties and spicy sauce on chicken sandwiches that were PAID extra for. Even when we bring it to their attention to get it fixed, sometimes it's given back and there's something ELSE wrong with it (the most recent visit, my friend went to get his chicken sandwich corrected as he had ordered spicy and it wasn't, but he was given it back without many of the toppings including cheese, mayo, and very little lettuce). Some are friendly, but the overwhelming majority of the service staff are rude, inconsiderate, and act as if you're majorly inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. My friends and I are very patient people as many of us also work in customer service/food service and we completely understand that mistakes happen, but with so many CONSTANT issues and such impolite treatment and inability to correct mistakes, I felt the need to finally bring attention to the consistently awful service for the sake of the general public. Read moreThe drive thru window cashier, servers. English speaking ability, left something to be desired...he blundered in handing me the wrong order/not apologizing for his blunder. Not to mention, the manager, was unapologetic too. In belatedly telling me @ the last minute. That I'd have to wait, for a few minutes for my French fries/the rest of my meal (I should've been informed of that from the get-go, by the window cashier/server). And after a five minute wait, in my car. I received my French fries, who's lack of being just out of the cooker; left much to be desired. That respective McDonald's manager/subordinate need to work on their customer etiquette/manner skills... And don't blunder in handing a customer the wrong order, and when appropriate. Apologise to me, or any customer when he, or she is wrong. And inform a customer @ the onset, they'll be a wait for their French fries/or other foods. And if a customer agrees to wait for her, or his French fries, other foods/drink. The manager/her, or his subordinates. Should be responsible for serving a customer hot food; especially if it's just off the grill/just out of the cooker. And especially, if I choose to wait five or more minutes, for my order. Because I don't like being lied too/eating lukewarm food (e.g., French fries, or any food). The manager had me wait five minutes for/after I got them; my 🍟wasn't hot, enough. Read moreI'll never visit this location again. I went through the drive-through and paid the woman at the cash register. I noticed a sign on the wall behind her from the manager warning the employees that, "Being in the bathroom for more than 20 minutes, standing around, or hiding in areas that the cameras can't see will result in their paychecks being cut." Clearly, there have already been issues. There were 2 cars in front of me by the time I ordered. The guy who was supposed to give me my food was busy on his phone for about a minute before he finally acknowledged me and then asked me to park and said they'd bring my food out to me. 25 minutes and a total of 13 cars waiting for their food (yes, THIRTEEN cars) later, I got my cold, disgusting food. The ONLY positive thing about this experience was the young man who was running around like a maniac outside trying to get everyone their food. He was the only one who seemed like he cared. At least 5 people got out of line and left. I would have, but I had already paid for my food. I've tried calling to ask for the manager 4 times, and they hang up on me every time. I will NEVER order from this...
