1-star for pickup issues as well as food quality: Pickup- Website said "Pickup in 20 minutes" while ordering. AFTER ordering, was told it was 80 minutes! Try to cancel, no answer on recommended phone. Start a game session due to wait. Order comes up as ready in 40 minutes! Double what they first said, half of what they later said. Can't pause online game, have to get food cold. Food- Pho broth was bland. I NEVE add Sriracha and housing bc I want to taste pho broth, but broth was so bland as to require this. Far too many bean sprouts. Prices shady/misleading; website tells you to pay extra cents for basic accompaniments like lime, jalapeƱos, bean sprouts. I order some but not others. Bag comes with ALL accompaniments. Would they have given them all for free and are just hoping to get an extra 2 bucks? Regardless, should be part of the cost of the pho. Bizzare issue with Summer Rolls: could get them with shrimp OR pork, but not both?! Never seen this. Was the Thai menu better? No. Basil fried rice- FIRST, website still offers pork as an option, but they "no longer offer" it. Was not called, was told upon Pickup. SECOND, it also had MINI CORN in it. Hate when Asian restaurants just add American-style-Chinese restaurant elements to their dishes. I order Thai or Vietnamese for a reason....

Occasionally our $150-200 order would be inexplicably cancelled after an hour or so, we thought Uber Eats was having issues, repeated our order, cancelled immediately so we moved on. 3-4 times this happened with receiving orders in between.
I called in when this happened one time - a hungry family wondering what happened after waiting 70 minutes to get the cancellation notice, having seen the driver sitting outside the restaurant for some time so very confused. After picking up the phone, āIāve cancelled your order twice already, what do you want?ā
Well, why? Weāve waited over an hour? āItās too complicated, we arenāt going to make it. Uber notifies you when they feel like it.ā But the second notification was instant? āYeah, well we donāt want to make your orderā I said ok and hung up. Iāll never order here again.
We ordered unmodified items off the menu totaling almost $200 and order the same thing regularly. Why is it on the menu if you donāt want to make it? Why would you wait an hour to cancel it? Why would you be so rude to a customer youāve never met that gives you their...
