I had came in with a terribly built gaming PC I had purchased from a 3rd-party company. Paid top-dollar for it only to receive nothing, but consistent crashes whenever I would run any game on it. Talk about a disappointment.

I tried seeking help from other "PC experts" to discover what the issue was & to no avail, no one could figure it out..

That was until I met Vadim at G1-Tech.

He welcomed the challenge with confidence & shortly after discovered that the flaw was an incompatible part the manufacturer had installed that would not regulate my CPU's temperature. Whenever I would game, my CPU's temps would rise upwards over 80 degrees which would cause my PC to crash!! Talk about a design flaw on the other company's part!

With Vadim's expertise, we worked together to make necessary upgrades for a new liquid cooler that would regulate my temps & a larger (and AWESOME) PC case that would support the liquid cooler's size for installation.

It is now day 7 with my upgraded PC & I cannot tell you how relieved I am to finally be able to game without fear of it crashing!

My pc has been broken for a while and I was in search of someone to fix for a long time, that is until I found g1tech. When I first walked in, I noticed that the owner seemed to know everything there is to know about computers and that he really knew what he was doing. That was the first green flag I noticed doing business there. I did not hesitate to allow him to work on my pc and find a solution, in which he did in a quick and timely manner. Once the problem was figured out, he gave me a very accurate estimate, explained the problems and next steps, and gave me options. We agreed on a solution for my computer and he saw the repair of my pc through. Come to present day, my pc works better than the day I got it and I couldn’t ask for more. The overall price was fantastic and the service is unparalleled to anywhere I have been. He is a true master of his craft and loves what he does. If I could, I’d give him a higher rating than five stars. I highly recommend coming here for repairs and anything technology based. And I also recommend going to g1 if you’re looking to build a pc but need guidance. They will help you every step of the way. It’s worth it. 6/5...

I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to after this experience.

I came in with a broken hinge + screen + bezel on my Acer nitro 5. It was in terrible condition when I brought it in.

Not only did G1-Tech repair the broken parts at the best price possible, they also cleaned and tightened up the insides of my laptop so other things wouldn't go horribly wrong down the line. They went so far as to find the cause of my funky wifi issue while they were assessing the damage.

They kept me up to date with new developments for the shipment of the parts and while making the repairs.

Absolutely flawless service. They are so friendly that I almost wish something else would break so I can have an excuse to come visit again! Almost. 😂
