Wawa — Restaurant in Horsham Township

Staff (mostly an older middle aged woman who works mornings) is incredibly rude at this location. I went to the self checkout to purchase a single coffee, and noticed that another customer left their entire transaction up on the screen. I tried to clear the screen from their items so I could scan my coffee and go about my day, but it called for an attendant to void the transaction. She then came running over frantically asking if any of those items were mine multiple times. Woman you only see a SINGLE coffee in my hand. I don’t have $30 worth of merchandise on me. Management at this location and Corporate need to fully retrain staff on customer service techniques.

Hopefully Sheetz starts to penetrate the area since they have better options and...

Brand new, beautiful and all the great food and service you expect .... BUT - the bathroom. It's also brand new and beautiful. You also still have doors that must be pulled with your hand to exit. So if I go in the men's room simultaneously with a non-handwasher, who goes directly from the urinal to that door and exits, I now wash my hands, dry them with the air dryer and must use the door that that guy just placed his unwashed hand. Not a paper towel in sight. You had a brand new store with all that space and couldn't figure out how to get your hand washing clientele out of the bathroom without contaminating their freshly washed hands. Maybe it should be 3 stars? Could Wawa at least place an antibacterial gel dispenser...

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, one of the simpliest, quickest things to make. I was order 187. I waited 30 minutes, and they started calling numbers in the 200s. I went to the cash register and waited in line for them to tell me i needed to wait in anouther line to speak to someone who could fix this. It turned out my sandwich wasnt made, not that it was accidentally taken by someone else, they neglected to make it. By now its 40 minutes later at least. So i tell them to cancel my order and give me a refund. Then the person "in charge" then tryed to deny my refund because " its about to be in the oven now". This place is literally the worst wawa around. And this is only one of the negative experiences ive had there,...
