I believe most of the positive reviews here are fake. This place is highly unprofessional and mislead you to believe that you are getting a screen that is the same quality as Apple's. In fact, the screens are much dimmer and the colors are not accurate. If you're using your ipad for design, don't bother with screen replacement here, it's not worth the $250. The first screen they put on and gave to me was glued on too tight and displayed light bleed all throughout. They had to redo it and the second screen also had light bleed. Again they redid it and this time the screen was fine, but was noticeably dimmer than Apple's. So I went to Apple store to compare my Ipad pro to store display and of course it wasn't even close. See my attached photo - that is what you'll get here for $250. They'll tell you it's their premium screen. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for broken screen at apple, they'll give you a brand new ipad. I'm sure it's the same story for iphones. So I asked them to replace it with a REFURBISHED OEM screen and they ordered that for me, again told me it was premium. They replaced it and it looked slightly brighter. So on my 7th time visiting the store I thought I was done. NOPE. This time my fingerprint ID stopped working! When I walked right back in and told them this, the repair guy told me that he was "afraid that might happen" because of too many times replacing the screen. Wish he told me all this in the very beginning, wish they were forthright with what they can and cannot do. So he took it back and somehow fixed it. I finally got my Ipad back and the ID was working. So I thought. I now works intermittently and every time you press the home button there is a light bleed on the screen like a ripple effect coming out of that area, clearly damaged. When I asked for my money back, they told me they already through away my old screen and can only give me my ipad back with no screen, or give me store credit. I'm filing a complaint...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service is atrocious here and the actual repair/service is even worse. I made an appointment through their website, but it doesn't matter since they don't even look at your reservation. I asked if they could replace my screen and the employee said he could without asking any questions or informing me of any important information. At this point, he never mentioned how much the repair would cost nor did he mention that their are two types of screen replacement procedures, an OEM screen replacement and an after market screen replacement, which are extremely different things. When he was done with the repair, he hands me my phone (now in a different color, because he said he didnt have my original phone color which was a lie btw) and the volume key doesn't work. He replaces the screen again (now with my original color) and everything seems fine. I go home and notice now that the screen doesn't dim but instead just gets grays out the entire screen making it unusable in the dark. So, I come back the next day to get it replaced/fixed. He immediately declines my request and says there is nothing he can do and that he cant change or repair the screen (so much for "lifetime warranty"). After arguing with him, he calls in his manager and the manager allows me to get a refund because luckily they had my broken screen still. So, I decided I would rather have the broken screen and refund than deal with them anymore. Mind you, everything they replaced the screen was a 45 minute wait. This was such an awful experience. I highly recommend people to avoid this place at all costs for phone repairs. Please go reputable stores...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTrying for a warranty repair through Assurant in this location after driving well over an hour to get here. With all of the confirmation emails offered, claim number provided, and an open chat with Assurants customer service team, this location is claiming that they do not have the claim in their system. Assurant even states to have resubmitted the claim to the location AGAIN. More than one agent at assurant had confirmed the claim has been submitted to them yet they are stating they see nothin. The agent here at CPR continually just says "they must be making an error on their end. I know what I'm doing, since I do this all day" and when calling the manager, she was equally unwilling to help. WE HAVE A CLAIM NUMBER, CONFIRMATION EMAIL, AND PROOF THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED! BASIC DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD OFFER TO MAKE THE APPROVED REPAIR AND FIGURE IT OUT ON THEIR END LATER! THIS IS THE EPITOMY OF NOT CARING A SINGLE BIT ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS OR MAKING SURE THEY'RE PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF! We were basically sent away and told that the problem was ours to deal with and figure out. I cannot advise against this location enough. They are also affiliated with the King of Prussia location, so I imaging there is equally terrible experiences to be had there as well. Assurant needs to reevaluate how their franchise locations are run and who they allow...
