Hello. For more than 15 years, my husband and I used the services of the pharmacy in Horscham at 101 Easton rd 19044, there were no problems. We are 70 years older people. I stopped at Drive thruway on September 25 at 5:45 p.m. to pick up the order. There was a queue: a few cars in front of me and a few behind my car. Our family doctor sent a prescription for Metronidazole 1% cream. Since there was quite a queue, I paid, signed, received the package and drove away a few metres from the window so as not to delay the queue and stopped to read if they packed me cream and not gel. The bag was labelled gel. I picked up this package at 5:50pm. I got out of the car and went into the centre of the pharmacy. Near the cash register stood a small older gray-haired man who served the patients of the pharmacy. I went over and said I needed a cream, not a gel. The doctor ordered a cream over the phone. This cashier was very aggressive and angry, started shouting loudly at the whole pharmacy that he could not take back and that they had no cream, only gel. He shouted a lot that he couldn't take it back, but he would do it for the first and last time. I was very worried and already began to apologise for that fear and said that I went straight from the window into the middle of the pharmacy. Everyone looked like a miracle, because he screamed for about 10 minutes, then an older woman (probably a pharmacist) came up to him and also added a scream. I stood there, apologising, although I didn't know what my fault was. Couldn't this question be solved calmly? If he said that I can't take the unpacked package back in a calm tone, everything would be fine. It's the first time I've been in such a situation and I think it's not normal at all, because people who have health problems come to the pharmacy, and from this attitude they get severe stress. When I returned home, I burst into tears, my blood pressure and blood sugar were very high, I got a lot of stress, because I am 70 years old. My husband and I moved to another pharmacy. It is a pity that unbalanced people work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy doctor send a refill authorization on Friday. Since they did not return my phone call on Friday, on Saturday after I called them, I was told they did not get it. After calling again my doctor's office I decided to call CVS again and since the lady on the phone could not find my profile, she asked me how long I have been with CVS. I have been with the same pharmacy for more than 10 years....ahhh that is the reason I can not find you in the system. What does it mean? By the end, I could not get my medication since they did not have it in stock. I think it is time for me to move to another pharmacy. My husband is also upset since his medication for his Diabetes is not usually ready even though they called to let us know to pick it up. The waiting in line for pick up is getting crazy. Chatting with clients picking up prescriptions about family or pets, took around 15 minutes; is it nice to have a little chat but please keep in mind that there are other people waiting while the line is getting...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePharmacy use to be great. So I'm not sure if they're having management issues or organizational issues?
Took them almost a week and half to get the medication I needed. My doctor sent 3 different prescriptions because they couldn't get right one for some reason. The employee said that's normal. I'm sorry, but I'm 44. That's never been a normal. If they can't fill the prescription, tell me! I'll see if another pharmacy has it. They don't say anything! Just make you wait with no communication.
Now I'm waiting for steroid cream because of poison ivy. Doctor called it in Saturday morning. It's not past 5 on Sunday. They're closed. And I'm itchy. No communication! Can they get the cream? Do they even have it? No ideam they don't say anything. They just said they'll send a text when it's ready. This place never used to be this way. I feel like something is going on. My doctor use to call in a prescription in the morning and I'd have it by the afternoon. No problem! So,...
