I had a DoorDash order and when I arrived they told me to go park in the reserved parking and that they are no where near done with my order. I sat there for an hour along with 7 other DoorDashers waiting for their order as well. After being there for an hour I confronted the manager about why they are taking an hour for our order and she informed me that she already gave my order out to the wrong person not once but twice and tried telling me that my customer came up there and got it himself. When I called my customer about this he then told me he has not left his house all night and did not come pick up his order. After I got off the phone with him I walked up to the window to let her know that she had given the order to the wrong people without verifying the order was given to the correct Dasher. I have never had an issue like this and my customer ended up canceling his order bc of the wait. This lady needs to get fired bc she clearly does not know how to do her job and is affecting people like me our way to make money and support our family. This really needs to be looked into bc she looked like she was tweaking on some drugs and just could not get it together. She also tried to call the cops on me just for me doing my job and telling her there is no reason for a DoorDash order to take an hour. Read moreThe food from here is normally fresh with no problems with the staff but tonight my mother in law and husband went through about 12:30 and an older lady probably late 50s early 60s was VERY rude to them. She handed out the wrong order and my mother in law was polite at first and let her know. The worker then asked for her receipt and didnt even look at it and told her what she orderd. Again my mother in law said no I didn't order 3 drinks, I ordered 3 sodas and 3 full meals and it's on my receipt. The lady kept talking over my mother in law telling her no THIS is what you ordered without reading the receipt that clearly showed what was ordered. So instead of actually looking at the receipt and not being rude and trying to be condescending to my mother in law and husband, she thought arguing and talking over them was a better idea. Eventually the manager handed out the correct food. They get home and the bun on my burger is rock hard, the meat taste 6 hours old, the gave us honey instead of honey mustard, and customer service was TERRIBLE. They forgot to mention our McDonald’s deal code had an error and let us know after we already paid and saw the deal wasn’t on the receipt, which was also missing a few items that they somehow put on a separate order. We had to refund and reorder at the window. When we picked up our food, I’m sure they obviously purposely served us cold and old food because of the incident causing multiple cars in the busy drive through to leave during their wait to order food. We returned to get a refund in which the manager laughed at our faces and got quiet when I mentioned that they served old food on purpose as they see what they package before giving it to the customer. This is not the first time I’ve received old food from this location, and I usually do not go out to fast food on holidays. Very disappointed.
