Ok the people were absolutely wonderful, a daughter and dad combo that put outstanding service to an all new level!! Now to the food, wow!!!!!! What else can I say, I have eaten crawfish all over the gulf coast and either this is a past down family recipe or they are Louisiana transplants because it was stupendous!!! These were so good! They could use a little more spice, but I know we’re in central Arkansas so they are probably plenty spicy for most people. The boudin was perfect... the mushrooms, corn, and taters were wonderful! The crawfish were big, juicy, and salty. The service was great. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was that they were pretty tough to peel, maybe a tiny bit overdone. But still worth every penny! This will be a new favorite treat for this south...

One of the best crawfish vendors. I have tried easily more than 2 dozen crawfish eateries so far and this is top for Cajun crawfish. Their proprietary spice is flavorful without being too salty or spicy. They cook the crawfish perfectly every time so you never have meat stuck to the shell. Service is friendly and quick.
