I went there Thursday October 9th 2025 and started a tab. Gave them my card and everything was alright until I went to cash out. One of the staff gave someone else my card and bill, they signed it and never checked the receipt to see if it was the right name that matched the card. THEN THEY GAVE MY FREAKING CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE, LIKE WHAT THE HECK? They found the card that belonged to the person that signed my receipt that took my card, but didn't know who that person was. Their card was still there. What a bunch of BS. While I was waiting to order, it was like a circus behind the bar. Nobody was working one area, they all were trying to cover all the different positions. They were very disorganized and confused. As a musician and really enjoying going on Thursday for the Open Mic, I'll probably never go there again. So, my husband and I have been there about 5 times in the past month. It's definitely become our favorite place. The food is so good! I get the vegetarian pizza. So good. My husband love the the Big Chill Chilli with brisket. He loved it. The atmosphere is pretty great. They got several. If you're looking for somewhere quiet and private, got you covered. If you want dance party with all the best hiphop type of vibe, they got you covered. If you're looking for all the best of rock and country, got you covered. The staff has been amazing. They are so nice and welcoming. Just really down to earth people. But we're nice to them and don't cause any trouble. They probably wouldn't be so nice if we were causing problems and being disrespectful. But who would? My only reservations are that there isn't a place to watch the game or play billiards.
