Subway — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I hadn't been to Subway for at least 6 months, and when I choose a location this is the one I go to because of the convenience. I have always had great service, and the food has always been what one would expect. However I ordered the Subway Club foot long for the first time, and it was the best sub I have ever had. Service was phenomenal. I ordered 3 subs online (the other two for other people and dropped them off at their house so can't review on their purchases). Drove to the drive up window, let them know why I was there. Was told to drive up to the door and they would bring it out. The sandwiches were immediately brought out to my car window, they still felt warm even though I was almost a half hour later then the scheduled time to pick up that I scheduled. The young lady that brought them out to me (sorry I don't know her name) was smiling, handed them to me and we exchanged pleasantries. All around great...

This subway is by far the worst in town... I order ahead alot as I work just up the street and they never have the sandwich done in the time it says (it gives 20 min) they almost always miss ingredients and today my sandwich was shoved into some brown paper bags and when I got back to work the sandwich was inedible... the cheese and everything was stuck to the bag and it no longer even resembled a sandwich... called and the assistant manager said she could remake it if I came back but I don't have time on my break... refused to even issue a refund... this is disgusting and as a pregnant woman who craves subway I will not be back... I don't really understand how they thought treating other people's food like that is ok, but I will be contacting the actual store manager to make sure they realize how much this store messes up and how unacceptable this...

Very much enjoyed my experience at Subway today a surprise considering the virus thing and all but if you know if Reven those prices have gone up and that's to be expected I was able to get everything pretty much on my sandwich within reason including a little bit extra you got any suggestions when I was way to give me my paper at the end of the conversation to the whole bunch of stuff at leak down onto it like some cheese and some Peppers and ranch dressing which of my calm I got to love that cuz you know it's just what you mean you have like to hear you to imagine so I made sure he separated that paper and put it in the bag for me so I have cheese paper if you will from Subway...
