Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houghton

I have ordered and had to cancel in the past month due to showing up at the time I was given (45 minutes) only to find out it will be 45 minutes longer. I have never given a negative review online, but last week, they forgot to include an item and tonight, I was told 50 minutes and I arrived and was told another 40 minutes. I asked if there is a possibility that it could be longer. The manager was rude and told me I need to do a "timed order" if I want it on time (I assume the time they give you for pick up when you place your order is somewhat timed at least within 30 minutes give or take a few 🤔) and and an employee flipped the order screen around and said "your order number isn't even showing up yet, so either wait or cancel because we are busy so decide". Love domino's pizza, but I will never order from Houghton again. One hour and 31 minutes and not a thank you for waiting patiently. I do see this complaint is common so maybe estimated times need to be adjusted based on staff abilities. They were also not short staffed, so it cannot be attributed to that. Pizzas take 6 minutes they told me but cannot calculate time based on orders so maybe a math lesson is in order for domino's 😁 Like I said, first complaint in my 52 years publicly but their unprofessional and rude behavior was...

Just had the worst customer service experience I ever had in a restaurant. Ordered a pizza and sandwich. Website said it would be ready in 8-12 minutes. 15 minutes later I arrived at the store. The timer board, which lists the status of your order, stated my order would be ready in 1-5 minutes. Ten minutes later, my order was not. I asked a worker if the timer board was accurate and he stated "yes, within a minute or two". Another ten minutes and still nothing. Talked to two other customers that were visibly angry and they stated they had been waiting over 30 minutes for orders that were supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. But the time wasn't the big issue for me. It was the lackadaisical attitude of the workers. They walked about the store like zombies, with no urgency. So much wasted time talking and not concentrating on their jobs. You have people waiting for overdue orders and they didn't care a bit. I again asked a worker if my order had even been prepped yet and he said it will be soon. This is 50 minutes after I ordered. I walked out and told them to keep the order, to which the worker smugly replied "have a nice day". Wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order, went to pick it up at estimated time. They told me it would be another 20 minutes which is fine. I gave them my name for the order and paid. I sat down at a table in-front of the counter. After 5 minutes an order that looked like it could be mine was sat down in the table behind the counter. The guy I gave my name to looked at the name of the order and walked away. I assumed it wasn’t mine because I just told this guy my name and he knows i’m waiting and i’m in eyesight. After about 30 minutes of waiting, i got impatient and asked how much longer. They turned around and handed me the pizza that was sitting on the table for 25 minutes.
