Worst experience at an airport bar for ordering and paying drinks. You have to use your phone not just for menu but also order and payment. You have to give email and phone too to use it, they do have tablets but require you to sign into internet and still do the same. I saw multiple people come in and just want to use cash or their card instead having to wait more than 10min to the point of ordering. Also this may be the airport or in this case a a major Corp that owns all the leases and themed bars in the airport but a domestic bottle was $10. I just flew in from Portland and you could get local craft beers for $7 draft. I watched 3 people come in and leave within 15min after trying to order, even asking the bartender to order for them and give them the card or cash.

You order on a tablet. There is one for every place setting. A little on the pricey side even for an airport restaurant. The food came out quickly and was hot. The sauce for the wings was good but they could have used some seasoning. The lime juice helped. The fries were great. Maybe the tablet system needs to be tweaked some because I was approached twice asking if a food or beverage item was mine but it was someone elses.

The food quality and flavor matches price. Service, quality and ambiance are surprisingly relaxing, it makes you forget you're in an airport. The Tequila Sunrise, very well balanced balanced, 1800 creeps slowly and the pulled pork was very tasty. If you're ever near on terminal C33, hit this post

Ended up ordering here because we were hungry and couldn't find anything else suitable for our dietary needs without having to go through security again. Should have chosen to go through security and go to Chik-fil-a in A terminal. We got chicken Nachos (advertised as shredded chicken... not shredded), a 2 taco plate (chicken and pork, again not shredded), and a side of rice and beans. This all cost about $50 by my calculation. The man typed in our order on his tablet, then took my credit card for payment. I was not comfortable that he took my credit card behind the counter where I couldn't see it. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. He turned his tablet toward me and said to type in my email to get the receipt (button after typing it in said it was gir a copy of the receipt so i was confused as to why I wasn't offered a paper receipt). We went across the walkway to sit in chairs and wait, so I decided to open my email to check the receipt. Then it started to make sense why he had me type in my email for a receipt. I think he's counting in people refusing a receipt since we're in an airport. I was shocked to see that my total was over $60, so I looked at the details. Just under $5 in tax made sense, but then I say a tip of nearly $10 added to the total. I am a decent tipper, and I would have left a tip had I been asked. Not only did he not ask if I would like to add a tip, he added it himself and it seems that he tried to hide that by not offering a paper receipt and having me type in my email for a copy of the receipt from a page that didn't show the cost. This whole interchange soured the experience before we even received our subpar, cold food. Chips for Nachos were limp, tortillas for tacos cold and breaking. My daughter said the rice and beans were the best part. I am now suspicious that this man may have stolen my card information given that he took my card behind the counter where I couldn't see what he was doing. I will be watching my account closely in the next several days for any suspicious activity. I wish we hadn't been so hungry that I let these suspicious things slide and that we had instead cancelled everything and went somewhere else. We had time to go out and come back through TSA since our layover is 3.5 hours but we were hungry and tired. We ended up throwing out half of this overpriced order in the end as well. We don't fly hardly at all, so we aren't very knowledgeable about all the ins and out of airports. Live and learn I guess. I won't ever purchase from an OTG company...

Food was decent, but that was the only thing that wasn't terrible about the experience.

We asked for a paper menu and were told that it was only available after scanning the QR code. So we looked at the beer taps and choose from what we could see then we were told that we couldn't order in person and that we had to do it all online. We were seated at the bar, right in front of the bartender, taps and register.

There was an extremely slow phone data connection at the airport. We asked if we could just order and pay in person and we were told it wasn't possible and that we should sign on to the airport wifi. The airport wifi was also very slow. After sitting at the bar for 15 minutes our order finally went through and we got served two beers. We then went through the process again to get food and finally our order went through after sitting for 25 minutes at which point we needed to wait for our food to get made. Luckily we had the time to sit, but there wasn't time for a second round of beers...

I understand if you want to be cashless, but ordering online when there is a person and register right there is insane. Especially at an airport where people don't generally have a lot of extra time. 15 minute just to get a beer.

If the owner of this business is reading this, I want to let you know that there were 10+ people that came in and gave up because the process wasn't working in the time that they had available. So it was not just a technical problem with our two phones. I also see that a previous commenter mentioned this service problem 3 months ago and you commented that it would be fixed. Well, it is still terrible. Imagine the 10+ customers per 30 minutes...

The restaurant is right across from gate 33. I thought, I have under 2 hours. 2 small tacos should be good!! I even got a little excited.

  1. The "server" there had me operate the electronic IPad to select, customize (I wanted no cheese), and pay for my $18.00 burrito. I kid you not.
  2. When it was time to pay, I was already one foot out the door - but I was hungry. It wasn't like HEB or a gas station (or 98% of all retail establishments in 2023), but she required me to enter in all the digits, name, and relevant info., of my debit card - for a $18 burrito, plus tax, plus tip - totaling about $21. The heck you say...

I politely said, "nah, that's ok. Thanks. I'm good." Then she offered to help me enter all the information in, to process my $18 burrito... Sheesh... I walked away. She stood there, and watched me put in an 18% tip, and then want me to enter my own information in, as if I'm buying a shirt online, at home? I'd rather "fast" or eat O2, until I get to my...
