My husband and I are at Terminal C IAH airport waiting to board our flight home. We chose the two first available seats in the waiting area at our gate (C4) which are apparently part of a food establishment named Neapolitan Pizza. There are absolutely ZERO signs stating that we are not permitted to sit there unless we are ordering something from their menu. We brought back Starbucks sandwiches and coffee from another vendor and sat down to eat. We were very rudely approached from a young jackass bartender/waiter from Neapolitan Pizza asking us to move because we did not order food from their business. Apparently we could drink our coffee there he told us but we could not eat our food there. We quickly finished eating and remained there with our coffee. Once again we were rudely approached by the same bartender/waiter thanking us for being disrespectful in not moving.our seats. I walked up to him and told him that we were not being disrespectful, there were no signs stating it was just for paying customers. And why would that make a difference? It was part of our waiting area at the terminal. And maybe after we'd finished our meal we may have chosen to order something such as a cocktail. Just to add, there were other people sitting around us who had no food, just coffee and snacks and were not asked to move, it was apparent we were singled out for some reason, a political motive perhaps (based on a hat my husband was wearing and a t-shirt i was wearing)?? Unfortunately I did not catch the waiter's name, but whoever he is, he should be fired. I highly DO NOT recommend this place for your last stop upon boarding your flight. Completely unprofessional and disgraceful!! I plan to contact the corporate office for this business on Monday and am also notifying the airport about what...

Our order took longer then everyone expected, so we ended up leaving before our food arrived, our plane had starting boarding 10 minutes earlier. The manager said he would take care of everything. After a month we noticed we had charges on our bills, mines had a tip or a tax fee on it. It was a very small amount. The problem here is I shouldn't have been charged for anything, since my order wasn't delivered. I spoke with someone over the phn and by email and was told the charges would be refunded. My wife was also charged for the beer and a $5 tip she had keyed in, thinking the tip would be for her beer and sandwich she was anticipating. Long story short we were lied to by management about receiving a credit, and even though it was a small amount of money we feel we were wrongly charged. In case you're wondering, today I went ahead and filed a dispute with the credit card company, I have no time for games. I will give to a stranger who appears to be in need, but we don't like to be taken fast by a business. We will be in this Airport again soon, and we will bypass this business. Bad thing is everyone's food looked and smelled so good, guess we will never know how it tastes. When you stop here make sure you have at least an hour before your flight boards no matter what anyone tells you. Good luck and...

This restaurant is truly a pasta lover’s dream come true! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles, the comforting aroma of fresh herbs and garlic, and an atmosphere that feels both cozy and elegant. Every visit has been an outstanding experience, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places to enjoy authentic, flavorful pasta dishes.

The food is absolutely incredible. Every pasta dish tastes homemade — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The noodles are tender but not overdone, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients in every single dish. The sauces are rich, balanced, and made from scratch — whether it’s creamy Alfredo, zesty marinara, or a deep, flavorful bolognese, each one feels like it’s been simmered with care and passion.

My favorite is the [you can personalize here — “fettuccine Alfredo” / “spaghetti carbonara” / “shrimp scampi”] — it’s absolutely divine! The sauce coats every strand of pasta perfectly, and the flavors are out of this world. The portions are generous, and every bite makes you want to savor it slowly so it lasts a...

Order via QR scan and the App forced Payment before the App could place order. This means Customer forced to guess how good Service they would receive based on Staff delivering the food and maintaining the refills since Customer was forced to do Job of Order taking and paying. Had to ask for Salt & Pepper due to bland tasting Food. Chef not bothered with basic seasoning while cooking the meal. First glass of Lemonade was half full. Asked for refill, which received. Asked for 3rd refill and was denied as told only one refill for Lemonade. Menu did not state this when I read details of Lemonade. Another issue is picture of my initial Glass showing half full so technically they owe me half a glass of Lemonade. Overall, it is highly over-priced ($28.32) for Eggs Any Style $17.99 ; Lemonade $4.99 ; Tax $1.89 ; 15% Tip $3.45. Place was dead as I was only Customer. Staff was on their phones or talking to each other instead of keeping busy by cleaning. Lot has changed from my days in Food Services.

We expected the prices to be typical airport pricing. But the menu displays a much better presentation than what is served. We ordered the Beet Salad based on how it looked. They actually show an acceptable amount of cheese and seeds on the top. When we got ours, there literally was no cheese, barely a powder. I told the manager and pointed it out. He said, " That's the cheese, right there." I showed him the picture, and he said, "Yeah, see, his is the cheese. I finally said so, "You say this is acceptable for a $16 salad, no cheese, and a smaller portion than the picture, and no cheese." After his arrogantly stating it had the necessary cheese, he offered to bring more. When he delivered it, he said, " This should be an acceptable amount." We fly frequently enough, and we never stop here again.

It's been a long while since I trekked through Houston's George Bush Intercontinental airport. Today, I appetite brought me to Forno Magico located in the C terminal. With appetizer offerings such as Italian wedding soup and wonderfully sized pizzas, I opted to sample a few choice items. I started off with the bowl of Italian wedding soup and the garlic knots(wonderful baked bread with garlic and olive oil) and went all in for the sausage and mushroom pizza. From the eclectic decorum to the brick oven style for pizza, Forno Magico delivered on food and service. Give them a try next time you are traveling through Houston. Pro diner tip: If you fly United and have miles accrued, you can pay for your dining experience with your United Miles(I did for my meal experience). 🙂
