Amazing Burgers by Delice — Restaurant in Houston

Seriously, the fug. Not from the area, was picking up an item from marketplace and we were hungry. We arrived and ordered at 7:45, we didn’t receive food til almost an entire hour later. The price was $29 for two “amazing” burgers and fries. We didn’t even get drinks. We hauled to the car because it was freezing. We decided to eat in the car, and when I tell you the DISAPPOINTMENT we had on the SIZE of the burger let alone the representation of a burger!! It was smaller than a Jr Bacon Burger from Jack in The Box, and the fries? No salt, no flavor, terrible. The bread was soggy. Overall terrible. When I placed the order, I was instructed to wait in my car and the food would be brought out to me. I called from my car after it was supposed to be ready and I was told I needed to go inside and get it. It was raining pretty badly and so I went inside to get it. The girl at the front was so terribly rude, she was mumbling, rolling her eyes (clearly does not belong in the service industry) and she said my food was not ready. I’ve gotten food from the food hall before but I was unaware of all the different food options that they have. I must admit that the kiosk is not very user friendly. I ended up just “settling” for a hamburger after becoming frustrated with the kiosk & needless to say, I did not settle for anything !! This burger was sooo good.
