Arby's — Restaurant in Houston

I have gone to this Arby's a few times and they just can't get an order right. the other day I went and ordered two max roast beef, snack size fry, and an order of fried mozzarella. the order came to $17.xx, it seemed high but, I had just finished work and was tired and just wanted to bring dinner back home.

I go to the window, the cashier reads back the order and I say that's correct. She looks rough. She asks if I want any sauces, I say yes Arby's sauce. she walks away for 2 min, comes back to get the money and I asked her for a receipt and she said it will be in the bag, and asked if i wanted any sauces? - ... Yes, Arby's Sauce... goes away again for 5 min, comes back to the window - this time with a bag, "Do you want any sauces? - (you gotta be kidding me!) ...ARBY'S Sauce. she sets the bag down and she walks away.

3 minutes later, a new girl comes over, reads me back order, I confirm, she looks in bag and asks if I want any sauce, ...(is this a hidden camera prank show?) Yes, Yes, please give me Arby's sauce, right now so we can stop asking about this and hopefully get my food after 10-11 min at the window. She hands me the bag and I just want to get home. I didn't take much time looking in bag, but saw two sandwiches and fries that look like they were sitting on something. must be the right order, after all they asked me about it three times. drive home to league city and we split up the order, -WAIT- I got one small burger with cheese and one also small burger without. I was missing the fried mozzarella, and the fries were mega size fries. AND no receipt.

I started adding up what should have been in the bag and I think they charged me for a mega fries and two maxes. but we got mini's. If I didn't like the sandwiches so much i would...

I usually love Arbys so this was very disappointing. The staff was courteous and it was ready surprisingly fast. Once down the road I now know why it was ready that quickly....curly fries were lukewarm at best and dry and tasted freezer burned. The bread on the sandwich was hard on one edge along with dry roast beef - obviously had been sitting for awhile. Also originally I had wanted a chocolate shake but I guess they've been taking notes from McDonald's because I was informed their ice cream machine is broken. I got the strawberry lemonade instead which tasted great but for $3 they give you a super small cup. Would love a refund since I ended up throwing half of it out but that kind of customer service no longer exists which is ridiculous since I paid over $10 for a mostly inedible meal. Do...

Yesterday after work, I ordered Arby's off DoorDash, and I have no issues what so ever. I only ordered 2 things.

The 1st thing I ordered was The Ruben, and it had the perfect amount of meat and sauerkraut on there. I wish, though, it had more 1000 island on the sandwich. Luckily, the workers put 3 packs of horsey sauce in the bag for me. It's my favorite sauce, Arby's put out by far.

The second thing is their large Curly Fries. It is by far the best curly fries in all of fast food. I had other food items before from other Arby's locations. Next time I order from there, whether it's in person or on DoorDash, I'll add the strawberry lemonade to my order.

My order got to my job within 30 to 35 minutes after I ordered, which is not bad at all despite traffic. Will order...
