We had our 3 children 15, 12, and 10 place an order at location bc line was so long while we were getting other items before our flight. They ordered 1pretzel bite and 2 bon bon bites. We arrived as they were finishing the order and realized they only received 1 of the bon bon bites. My husband went back and asked about the missing order and the manager Jarret B said they only ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 bon bon bite and when he saw that we were doubtful of what he said, he started yelling āthatās what you ordered thatās what you ordered over and over again.ā I understand that he feels like they are children and we shouldnāt believe them but they even said he repeated the order. I did believe them bc when my husband first went back he was adamant they ordered 2 pretzel bites and 1 bon bon bite (we only actually only received 1 pretzel bite and 1 bon bon bite) so he lost credibility with me. My husband who doesnāt like confrontation just said weād get back in line. But his lack of professionalism had already upset me so I told my husband I would wait in line again. When I got to the front, I did say I hope you can get the order right this time. He started screaming that he wasnāt going to serve me bc of my attitude. I explained making a statement was not having an attitude but I did need the additional order of bon bon bites. He refused to serve me. Thatās when I asked to speak to a manager. He started going crazy and saying he was the manager and when I asked for his name, he started pointing to his armband yelling Jarret Bā¦.so unprofessional and not how a manager should act. He walked away and I asked the other employee for a number for corporate, he was kind and stated he would find it for me. He went over to Jarret and Jarret walked over and told me they were a franchise and not part of corporate. I asked for a number for someone else I could speak to and he didnāt respond and walked away. The other guy did apologize and agreed to serve me. He should be promoted to manager bc his behavior was way more professional than Jarret. This experience ruined my views on this location and I do NOT recommend going there if Jarret continues...

You could tell they were in sync, which made the line move much quicker than expected. IT WAS THE ONLY THING I ATE THAT DAY, and I was FINE, till I ate there. I landed , and puked immediately . Also, if you donāt tell them you want a SMALL beverage, greedy Asian guy will charge you for a Large. I read in another review someone also received a spoiled pretzel dog. SMH! DISGUSTING !!! And Greedy. Get it together and do better. Stop...
