Today we had food at this place. The bill came upto $71.90 just for 3 people. I did not leave even a single penny of tip only because of the following issues: The service was terrible. The waiter served us water and provided menu literally after 20 minutes after we came to the table. The soup was terrible. It was watery and too sweet. Did not make difference from just drinking a watery tomato ketchup. (Cream of tomato soup). The veg biriyani was just some white rice with a little masala in it and veggies here and there. We were not able to eat even 1/4th section of it. The puri masal that i had gave me a running tummy because the masala was spoilt and tasted like it was fermented. The chicken biriyani also was just white rice, some masala and chicken pieces which was soggy and was terrible to even bite on. Finally the noodles was tasteless had nothing to it. The only thing that was edible to eat was the starters - gobi manchurian and golden fried pepper corn though they were too spicy and unbearable (atleast they had taste). We came as a family to celebrate a good news and went home disappointed and sick. Will never turn back to this place. Atleast they must have some courtesy to revise their food and service so that atleast the other customers do not have to write so much.
Thank you for the bad...
Read moreBeen here my fourth. It seems to be a cost cutting measure but the Chili shrimp portion was super small even though it cost around $11.99-12.99, on top of the tiny plate having significant chunks of bell pepper and onions, so the actual shrimp portion was just a fraction of the plate. I felt pretty ripped off. In all fairness though it did taste nice but considering the large Chili chicken portion I got last year for just $9.99, it feels pretty stingy this time. I asked if the chili shrimp can be made mild because the cashier from my second visit told us we can request for the food to be mild but this cashier said it's impossible to request for it to be mild and I later had to urgently order a milkshake for my poor white friend because the spice was too intense for him.
The aloo samosas were actually quite delicious and fresh and the 3 piece per order was reasonably priced.
The veg fried rice was alright, not entirely impressed. I have seem better at other Chinese restaurants, I don't think there was soy sauce used at all in the rice dish.
This place use to have amazing food but this experience was just not up to my liking. The place was clean and the cashier was courteous but the tiny portion of chili shrimp, considering that it was my most expensive ever item ordered here, really...
Read moreafter returning from long drive from Arkansas (7/7/2019 night 8:30 pm) directly taken my family to this restaurant to have dinner. Order chicken 65 Biryani (jumbo) and kheema biryani with chicken lollypops. When I saw the biryani it was full of colors (red) and spicy. Unfortunately I forgot to tell them (because of tiredness ) to make it less spicy because I have 2 small kids. But I am surprised they also didn't ask for spiciness level after seeing kids in my family. The most worst part is they are very much in hurry to close the order as early as possible. The final worst part comes here when I ask them to bring some onions the manager came to me and said "sir it will add additional cost", as I was in hurry I said ok. They brought the onions (6 onion slices ) when we almost finished the dinner. On final bill check out I can see $2 added for 6 small onion prices. I was expecting like .50c or .99c because we may get 3lb of onion for $1.99. When I asked him why this was so much high in price he said this was less previously they used to charge $3.00. I was very unhappy by seeing his (manager) behavior & attitude towards the customers as it like they want the customer to come only ones. I highly disappointed about the service and food I got it for the amount what...
