So many fake reviews on this place. Penny Sharp and Fiona Fletcher have the same pick, and Tina Moody had the exact same review just worded different as Penny Sharp.

This place has really good reviews, really decent prices, and they are open late, so I was excited to try them out. I wanted a full set of nails - $25 on their site, and a regular pedicure - $15 on their site. Somehow I ended up being charged $48...

The chick doing my pedicure cut into my toe with the nail clippers. While she was cleaning my bloody toe, she told me that I had no cuticle and that is why she cut into my toe....what?

One of my big toes is really messed up color wise, it was just very bubbly. Another toes was covered in polish I had to clean off after I got one, and one toe wasn't fully painted.

My full set was a painful hassle. The chick doing them just kept globbing on more acrylic until my nails were so thick and misshapen. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would file them down, but she never really put much effort into making them thinner and even. I told her they were too thick and so she started filing again, after a while there was just no progress and they were ugly and uneven. Finally, I asked her to stop and told her I would just finish them on my own at home. At this point she starts telling me she wasn't finish, and I explained that I was. Three other women came up at this point and another lady asked me to let her complete them. She did a much better job, but I know that the only reason she put effort into making them nice was because I had complained. They still aren't that nice, but they are way better than what the first lady was doing.

So, I was charged $48 instead of $40, and I just didn't care to argue. I wanted to be out of there. I am happy that their regulars are satisfied, because they don't put any effort into their new clients. I will definitely not...

I'm only giving 1 star because I have to. The lady that I go to, I have been a customer of hers for YEARS and had no issue until she moved to this location. I have been here now many 3-4 times and yesterday was IT! First of all they need to step into the new millenium as far as their gel/shellac selections go. They don't have the color change or the chrome. But here is the major issue I (and some others as I can te from other reviews) have with this place. Their prices change on a whim. There is no price list in the location at all. So what you see on the website is not what you get! I take my own nail polish every time I go. Yesterday I found a pretty gel color so I took that for my nails. They proceeded to have a non english conversation about my polish. (There are no words in their language for gel/shellac/fill in apparently). So at the end my lady smiles and says $60 or $55 I cant remember. They tried to charge me $20 for the gel polish. But remember, I took my own!! I went OFF!! I did not pay $20 effing dollars but upon my research on the site they still screwed me out of $10. This is just the final straw! It has happened before where if I wasn't paying attention they would have price gouged me! I'm done with them. My message is BUYER BEWARE! Go in and verify their prices or at the end they will try to stick it to you! I hate that my lady is there but she lost a customer until she moves. Overpriced and Rude. I got a full set, regular pedicure, eyebrow and upper lip wax. The technician didnt push nail bed back or condition it after the full set. The acrylic was up so high that my nails needed to be redone the week after (did not get it redone there) and 2 of my nails were filed at an angle. Dry glue and acrylic was left around my fingers. I would like to say it was a rush job but the full set took almost 2 hours to complete. The pedicure was done in like 10 minutes (granted it wasn't a spa pedicure) but it was a basic wash and polish. Nail cutting was additional price and softening the skin was additional price.They did not shape or file my toenails. The lady who waxed was extremely pushy and didnt want to wait for my hands and feet to be done before she waxed. I sat at an uncomfortable angle for her to wax. Upper lip was average but eyebrows were below average. I know they cant get EVERY little hair, but there were many strays left. All of this could've earned them an average 3 stars, however, they spoke in another language and pointed at my feet and laughed. I tried to make a joke about my small toes to one of them while they were laughing but they kept on talking in their language and called another one over.
