Missing chicken sandwich, drove back, manager acted like we were lying thieves, made us wait in parking lot while she reviewed video to verify, no apologies, wasted time and gas, other food got cold waiting, terrible customer service for years now Feb. 3, 2025. Missng food items almost every time I go through drive thru including AGAIN 9-3-22! Sam manager did not want to give me free cookie she promised me due to missing food items and wanted salad back 2 days later after Chic Filet closed! Missing food items for Southwest Salad, no fork, no salt when got to where going at 9:55 pm, called Sam manager who said bring salad back even though close in 5 minutes so impossible! Sam then said bring back Monday 2 days later because closed Sunday! Outrageous! Hungry now and cannot wait 2 days to eat! Sam is WORST MANAGER and refused to come to window to talk to me! I am Too disabled and elderly to cook, so went to Chic Filet drive thru! Told I could get tortilla soup instead of fries for no extra charge with nugget meal, but caught them charging me almost $5 extra! I was told same thing countless times before, but did not realize I was being charged extra and wondered why bill was so high. Manager said they always charge extra, but order takers always tell me there is no extra charge for substitutions! Destiny manager messed up my order on August 14 and told me to come back for replacement order another day that she put in computer system, but when I returned on August 22 workers could not find it in computer and gave me hard time and long wait in heat! Then told me to wait in front for manager who I had to repeatedly ask for and DID NOT RESOLVE PROBLEM! NOW I HAVE HEAT EXHAUSTION AND AM ELDERLY AND DISABLED! Read moreI just got out of the dentist office with my 5 yr. old autistic little girl. She had a tough time as she did not comprehend fully as anything out of her routine is hard. Once I left the dentistry I decided to come next door to the Chick-fil-A on Crosstimbers and 45. I came in and without processing anything went into the play area to help my daughter distress. I had not even put my purse down when the hostess Yesenia came in and rudely told me no drinks allowed. I had a small white cup in my hand that the dentist had given me for my daughter to rinse. Which if she had bothered to come in there politely and asked me I would've shown her was empty. Instead she came in there rudely and stood there until I literally crumbled the cup to make it unusable. I always buy from Chick-fil-A because they tend to stand out on their customer service but I am completely disappointed with this experience. Especially because as a mom with an autistic child it is hard enough to keep your child calm and happy in situations that have already caused them stress. I came in here thinking it would be a pleasant experience but got the total opposite. I did speak briefly with the manager and explained the situation about her hostess not being hospitable at all. Read moreCame to this Chick-fil-A and ordered two side salads w/balsamic dressing, one of them w/o cheese, grilled nuggets, chicken strips, and 2 orders of no salt fries. Whenever I go to any Chick-fil-A I always expect them to live up to their reputation of fast and great service. Well not this location. The associates were cheerful and pleasant as I expected, we were asked to pull up(you know the parking space where you wait) to because the fries weren't ready and the salad had cheese on it. So I suggest they go ahead and me the salad that correct and the grilled nuggets while we go to wait. When I opened the bag, there was no salad dressing. But I was thinking that's okay because I was expecting them to bring remaining order quickly. As time went by we realized we have been waiting a while. In the meantime I ate the salad without the dressing(which I hate to do) because I was hungry. Then I send my daughter inside the restaurant to see what is going on. They don't apologize and just pass my daughter the bag w/ the food. Frustrated at this time for having to wait. We get back to our vehicle only to find after all this time that the salad still has cheese on it. These Chick-fil-As need to get it together.
