If you truly want to satisfy me next time, and not just pay lip service to the feedback box here, then change the staff at this location. The entire experience was absolutely pathetic.
I placed my order at 6:45 to pickup at 7:15. The carryout time was 15 minutes so this should have given them plenty of time to be prepared for my arrival. They weren't. Not even close.
I came in the door at 7:10 and the young lady at the front was quick to find my order in the system, have me sign reciepts (which is stupid since I paid online. You don't need an in-store copy of my signature), and then told me my order would be ready in 5 minutes.
Over the course of the next 45 minutes people entered and were sorted into two categories; those that had just ordered and their order was ready when they arrived, and those of us that had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for our orders.
No explanation was ever given why our orders weren't being made. The young lady at the front just kept disappearing to the back and when pressed for an answer she would tell us in English that the orders were almost ready and for Spanish speakers she would tell them that they are behind because they only have 3 people working.
For the record, we never saw a manager or had our concerns addressed by anyone other than the young lady that occasionally made her way to the front. Why a restuarant wouldn't have a manager available to help customers and get the store in order makes no sense to me.
After I had already been there for 30 minutes we could hear the kitchen staff yelling about missing items, one of which seemed to be a pasta for my order that "was never put in the oven." To make matters worse, the person that she seemed to be yelling at about the missing items was also yelling back about how they had put the items in the oven and had no interest in doing it twice.
So to be clear, 30 minutes after I had started waiting for my order to be ready, plus 30 minutes after it had been ordered, there were employees arguing about what had and hadn't been cooked and despite a lobby full of hungry customers decided they shouldn't remake the order because they had already done it once.
This is another level of unacceptable.
My order finally was brought to the front at 8, an hour and 15 mintues after my initial order was placed + 45 minutes after I had already been at the store waiting. Meanwhile I've had 3 calls from home about how hungry and tired my family is getting and questions of whether we were even going to get to eat pizza tonight.
When the order finally came out, I checked it before leaving. Cold wings, burnt cheese bread, half burnt/half undercooked pizzas, and a fresh pasta (because it had to be recooked and the whole order was waiting on it).
I took it, and we ate it, because the alternative was to go home empty handed or wait another 30-60 minutes for them to remake the order.
I don't understand why the promise time was 15 minutes if it was going to be 45+ minutes, I don't understand why certain orders (large and small) were ready for some people but the rest of us (large and small orders) were required to wait forever. I saw people come in and pickup orders with 3-4 pizzas + wings and more meanwhile I shared 30 minutes of my wait time with a guy just trying to pickup 2 personal pan pizzas.
None of it adds up, and I am very disappointed in the service and quality control here. It is clear that the store manager, assistant manager, shift leaders, and owners (Ayvaz Pizza) either don't care about their business, or don't know how it is going, which is honestly the same as not caring.
I used to love Pizza Hut. Great pizza, great wings. Why do I, a customer, care more about the brand than the...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! This place is mediocre. I was wanting Pizza Hut today so I went online like I usually do to place an order for pick up. Something was going on today with the site because it was going very slow and would not let me order. After about trying for a good 45 minutes I decided to go in person to place the order. I go to this location on Crosstimbers and 45N. I go in and a hispanic older man walks to the counter looking like what the heck was I doing there. He was giving a very unwelcoming vibe. His face had this look like he was being forced to be there. He asked me if I was picking up so I said no that I had been trying to place an online order but the site was acting up. He rudely says I don't know nothing about that. He looked very disgusted that he had to help a customer (me). Then I say to him well can I place an order here and his reply was a rude ugly face gesture as if saying go ahead I guess. So I continue by saying I would like the $7 deal and he again rudely replies that's only online. At this point I just walked out because I did not trust that man making my food with all that rudeness he was letting out. This older hispanic man is Rude and needs retraining in customer service. Or if he is unhappy with his job than he should not be there. I decided I still wanted Pizza Hut so I took my business elsewhere over to the Pizza Hut on 59 & Little York. My order was done great and the customer service was great as well at the location Little York. I asked the kind young lady if the $7 deal was only online and guess what she said....... she said that it could be ordered online or in person.... smh... I do not recommend the location on Crosstimbers and 45N. at Northline Commons. Pizza Hut, this location already has a low rating and it will keep getting lower if you don't check this fool...
Read moreHad a very bad experience November 11, 2020 . Called by phone, spoke with a woman at 10:10pm. She stated I still had time to order online to use my rewards AS LONG as my order was placed before 10:40. I hung up with her, placed my order immediately of $32.43 AFTER using my rewards. My delivery never showed up, had to door dash other food from a different restaurant. Spent another $40 that night on fast food. I called the next day to try to get something worked out. The daytime manager stated that they couldn’t do anything but refund my $32.43 and it may take up to 7-10 business days not counting weekends. And also stated that she couldn’t do anything about it. She sarcastically stated that if i wanted free food it wasn’t going to happen because her boss wouldn’t allow that, considering the money debited from my account was being returned. I find it very unprofessional and selfish being a business manager to have this type of attitude towards This issue. In the first place, why have the option to order online if it’s not possible for them? I would’ve atleast gave the customer their meal the next day for the inconvenience if the customer is calling back about it. Also she stated she couldn’t do anything about it because I didn’t get a name of the person who answered the phone lastnight. First of all how do YOU (the business manager) not know who you have answering phones at night, and second, what customer takes down the names of people answering phones? Pizza Hut being my choice of fast pizza but definitely not buying at THIS location anymore. If I could give 0...
