what can I say about this place! smh we went there for my girlfriends birthday. first off they don't have a BIRTHDAY SHOT. what place doesn't have a birthday shot. anyways we were ordering shots and they were taking for ever. Remember we were there on a Tuesday so it wasn't crowded. so no reason why they take that long. they got our shots wrong. brought us stuff that we didn't even ask for. and they were weak not once did I feel like I was taking a shot that I ordered. it didn't even taste like anything was in it. I had a long island and thought I was drinking straight sweet and sour even though I asked very easy on the sweet and sour mix. they don't listen. the girls they have are decent looking and of course you have the ones who you wonder why they work there. they have crappy service busy or not busy. I don't recommend coming here. they don't care about the customer they only think about the tip they will receive. and if you tell them they messed up they will do spiteful things. take forever on your drinks, bring your food cold give you ugly looks. especially the bartender with the cat ears with long hair. she isn't a very nice person. she try's to cheat people over. I don't recommend this place to anyone. the managers especially the female only cares about which girl takes care of which people. she doesn't care that we didn't receive good service but only cared about who was taking care of who. no worries. my group of 30 that come every week will no longer come because we don't think these people deserve our money. I hope what you guys are doing works out because you just lost 30+ people...

Upon our arrival, we were not informed about an event that required an additional payment, an event about which we had no prior knowledge. As visitors, we naturally were not aware of the ongoing activities at your venue. It was disheartening to feel caught off guard by an unexpected charge, which made us uncomfortable and unsure about the fairness of the situation. Furthermore, throughout the duration of our visit spanning four hours, we encountered repeated instances of being rushed or pressured to hasten our stay. We believe that our continuous patronage over the four-hour period should have granted us a more relaxed experience. Instead, the frequent reminders to hurry tarnished what should have been a leisurely and enjoyable time for us. As individuals who value respectful and transparent customer service, our experience at Ojos Locos fell short of our expectations. We understand that misunderstandings can occur, but we hope that incidents like these can be addressed and rectified to ensure a better experience for all patrons, both locals and visitors alike. We sincerely believe that Ojos Locos has the potential to provide memorable experiences to its customers. We kindly request a response addressing our concerns and actions taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The one star that it gets will go to the food which was decent. But the service was HORRIBLE!!!!!! I dont ever leave reviews ever bc i feel that it is not that necessary, but this place really pushed my buttons! First of all, there was a total of 10 humans in the entire restaurant and it took nearly an hour for them to bring out an order of quesidillas and a burger. But still we were very understanding & respectful, & the waitress never came by to fill our drinks, never brought straws/silverware/napkins, never asked if we needed anything, nothing. & not a manager in sight. It was like she was completely avoiding our table. My friend had to flag her down just to ask for some ranch which she NEVER brought and 20 minutes later when she walked back by my friend politely asked her again for some ranch and she came back and threw it on our table with an attitude as if we were burdening her!! Had to flag her down AGAIN just to get the damn check which she also had an attitude about and didn't speak to us the entire time. What completely baffles me is that despite that they took forever, we were so polite and friendly and still got treated so disrespectfully for absolutely no reason!
