Maria is a very horrible manager. This chic fil a is the worst i’ve experienced. countless times i have ordered from here and i’ve been cheated of sides and paid for add ons via door dash. and even when i was in their restaurant there was a hair in my food. i order from here only on the strength of my kid loving their nuggets and fries - only, every time i place an order the fries will be nowhere near full and her sides will be missing. i placed an order today, called to ensure that her fries are full, since i am paying nearly $16 for only one meal and the ‘manager’ maria was so very snarky and rude, not professional nor helpful at all. any time i call any other restaurant to ensure quality food they are always understanding and professional while catering to that need i have. She constantly repeated to me, ‘ like i said’ ‘like i said’ as if we were two thugs arguing in the streets. here are fries i’ve received from this location numerous times where maria, as she claims ‘like i said we have a weight that weigh our fries on’. i guess this is the required weight. the pics shown is only from a few days ago. but there have been two other instances where doordash had to refund me bc this location failed to fill my fries up or completely ignored the fact that i payed from extra add ons. i immediately canceled my order instead of arguing with maria. they will never ever get my business again idc how much my...
Read moreI get Chick-fil-A every day for breakfast six days a week. Usually don’t have a problem, but it seems like this store don’t have their stuff together. I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A with this many bad reviews and I know why now.. I won’t have Chick-fil-A today. I did online order through Chick-fil-A delivery order takes forever to get picked up, And finally, it gets canceled. And it says because they couldn’t fulfill my order so I called up there and the lady tells me they’re not out of anything. They have everything. Talk tell her the situation I just bought On delivery and use my points for a chicken biscuit and she told me there’s nothing she can do for me. She obviously could care less. Then I called the contact information they give you on the app and they tell me it’s gonna be 5 to 7 business days before I get my money back and if I want my points, I have to call Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is telling me they can’t do nothing. So if I want breakfast this morning, it’s gonna cost me about $40. I’ve never had anything like this at Chick-fil-A. Read moreFood is always great. Staff was wonderful. It's the settup of the drive thru!! No Menu Board until you get very close to the bldg. However, due to large amount of traffic at this location, split lanes of Ordering and Mobile orders (not a problem when you know the menu), staff outside on iPads taking orders(not a problem) PROBLEM is unless you are very familiar with their menu (I'm not) you're forced to drive all the way up to the board to figure out what you want WHILE others behind you are getting their orders put in. Then both lanes are opened and those whose orders have already gotten to them are blocked by cars not paying attention. Not everyone frequents fast food locations. And, everyone has to have a first time of visiting. This is not set up for that. You're RUSHED, to get through! Not by staff, but by the atmosphere created by this. SOLVE this by simply putting MENU BOARDS as soon as you enter, so customers can already know what they want. Also, it is not conducive to ordering of new items or something the customer hasn't tried yet being purchased in the drive thru.
