Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Houston

Terrible! My sis in law and i arrived around 9 pm and EVERY SINGLE TABLE IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT WAS FILTHY! So we decided to sit at the bar which was cluttered and filthy and it took 35 min to get our first drink. We ordered our food at the same time as the drinks. She ordered the quesadilla salad NO TOMATOES and i ordered the chipotle chicken crispers. After 45 more minutes we asked about our food and he said her salad has been ready and they are waiting on my food...i was like WTH?? She was starving so i told them to bring her the salad. When they brought it out...u guessed it....tomatoes all in it! The waiter was just like "yeah well u know they dont pay attention in the kitchen" (????) He offered to take it back but at this point we had waited sooo long she just picked through it and didn't enjoy. My food finally came 20 more minutes after hers and it was ok accept the mac and cheese was cold! Like my chicken and loaded potatoes were piping hot and smoking and the mac and cheese was not even lukewarm which i was confused about because the bowl was warm on the outside. So apparently the manager for the night came and the employee started complaining to the manager in front of me. Telling her this is what he is always talking about. The whole time we were there trying to make the best of the terrible situation, he was telling us how terrible things are there. Now im choosing to leave out his name because i don't want him to get in trouble because he truly seemed like a frustrated employee who just wants to be able to do his job properly and things to run smoothly. I frequent this place often and its always a mess at night. Look into maybe hiring more people or hiring better managers so a frustrated employee is not venting to customers he doesnt know. (I could've been from the corporate office or a mystery shopper) ..we then ordered the berry crumble dessert with ice cream on the side because she doesnt eat ice cream or like it melting on her food. After 20 minutes...guess what we got??? Dessert with ice cream on top! Melting all over the cake. We were handed a plate to scrape the ice cream ourselves. At that point, we were done with the whole experience and asked for the check. U would have thought the manager would comp something being that this was a 2 hr process and so much was wrong with everything. She didn't. I will go out of my way to go to another chili's before i come back...

I go to this Chili's @ Ft Bend Pkwy every since it has opened in the area but, this was the worst experience I have ever had...I ordered online for curbside pickup and paid for my order along with a 15% tip and I received a confirmation stating it would be ready between 3:16-3:21pm....I headed out to pick up my order at 3:16 and stopped at the store to give more time for my order....at 3:54pm, I checked in curbside to receive my order at #5 space...I was the only one there and others pulled up after me....I noticed everyone was getting their order but, me.... finally a young man approached me and asked me for the name on my order....after watching more people come up and receive their order, the young man reported to me that he couldn't find my order could he see my receipt....no problem... I showed it to him and he stated they would have to make it...I am still being patient but, when I realized it was 4:50,pm...I get out my vehicle and proceeded to go inside and ask for the manager whom I was told was busy but, here is your order....I proceeded to open the order and it wasn't what I ordered because my order was customized and not the basic Ultimate Smokehouse...finally the manager comes and tell me that they didn't receive my order online but, I found that strange because my bank account was drafted for the amt and tip...this manager (John) did not try to offer any kind of apology for the problem and was very non chalant....Now, I am waiting again for my food and drink that I had to inform him about and he just didn't give a damn about the service and didn't want to give his full name to me to report to corporate...the pen is mightier than any conversation so let me describe the food: the Strawberry Lemonade was colored water, the jalapeño cheese sausage wasn't cooked at all and the chicken crispers I had to ask for the dipping sauce because I was only given one for my salad...I won't come back until this Ft Bend Pkwy Chili's rid themselves of this manager and get someone that cares about customer service and quality service....oh, I finally received my order...

This is still the worse chili’s ever in chili’s franchise and known to start! I feel so bad for the owner and cooperate because thier brand name for this location keeps being talked about. We live down the street and haven’t been here in years because of bad service and we decided to come around 1:00 PM. We walked in and got seated 15 mins later our waiter came to ask for our drinks and we gave them to her! First of all it shouldn’t have taken 15 mins to come ask just for damn drinks. So I ordered an alcohol drink and my husband ordered a fountain drink. We sat next to the bar and the bartender was so ratchet and coughing everywhere she looked a hot mess and a bum off the streets. Apparently her little friends were thier because she kept hooking them up w drinks because her friends kept saying another round please and another one so apparently she was giving her whole life drama to her friends catching them up w her problems so I sat back just to see how long it was gonna take her to do my drink it took her another 15 mins because I counted and she kept coughing and being so ghetto. So that’s already 30 mins just to get our drinks to the table. Than our appetizer came out and it was so cold and gross so we just decided to leave 10.00 cash on the table and just leave. Worse customer service and still is till this day! And everyone around us also complained and we just left. I recommend chili’s franchise for best service and money coming in to shut that place down and have another company in thier or fire all the employees and get some new classy and highly educated kids and adults.
