Terrible!! Tried to take advantage of a Tmobile Tuesday free whopper deal with a mobile order of $3. Somehow the app didn't show the free whopper im the order...but...it also showed the deal was used and i had to wait 59 minutes to use another offer. The cashier Quearan I belive her name is tried to fix it and even asked the manager Asencio I believe is her name for some help to which the mgr just said sorry we need a code. Mind you I gave a code in order for the order to be used but the cash register didn't show the free whopper. Quearan asked if I wanted to order something else so I ordered 3 rodeo burgers. The CC swiper wasn't working and kept declining. We tried a couple more times and same thing. A Caucasian woman in front from the back and asked what was wrong. Quearan explained and the Caucasian lady said "it's probably a problem with his CC" just then another worker who didn't speak any English motioned that she would try the drive thru cash register. She took the car and the Caucasian lady said again "it's a problem with the CC. The non English speaking worker came back with a receipt and I said to the Caucasian lady "this is a problem with my CC?" .... I decided to ask for a whopper anyway since the app showed the offer was used. So I asked the Caucasian lady if she was the manager and she just pointed to Ascensio. So I asked Asencio if I could get a whopper and showed her that the app showed the deal was used. She looked at the Caucasian lady and the lady said "just give him a whopper it isn't worth it" I was offended and didn't expect or deserved to be treated that way. I was given the whopper with a Thank you to Quearan. I sat down and decided to write this review. I asked Quearan for the names of the manager and the Caucasian lady. She said Asencio was the manager and.....wait for it....the Caucasian lady name is Barbara and she is the district manger!!!Manger!!!! WTH I'd going on Burger King?!?!?!? How and why is your district Manger acting and making comments like that to your customers?!?!? Literally a shameful display of leadership and let alone customer service. As a 20yr employee of the top customer service airline I was appalled and disappointed by not only your Manger Ascenion lack of communication and assistance. But after meeting Barbara it's no wonder she is that way! Barbara is her.mentor and trainer. The terrible management skills came from above. It's a sad day for me since I choose BK over McDonald's and Jack in the Box. Will not be visiting this location anymore and will take my loyalty and money to some other establishment. Read moreI ordered my food online. The woman who should have been working the front counter was wiping windows. I explained that I placed an online order 10 minutes ago before my arrival. She kept wiping the windows until she finally took an interest in checking on the status of my order, which was a result of poor workmanship on her part and a lack of attentiveness to customers. She was moody as if the customers and I were inconveniencing her, which was not the case. She needs to understand that working the front counter and tending to customers comes with the job. In addition, our money pays for the food that we order, so she needs to prioritize customer needs over window cleaning. I understand that cleanliness is important, but when you have customers waiting in line, let's prioritize their needs with timely service. The experience I had with this Burger King today (July 10, 2025) was poor and could have been better. Read moreI went there yesterday, and ordered the 2 whooper meals for $10, extra medium fries, 1 medium onion fries, 1 order of 10 chicken nuggets, 1 cheeseburger, and 1 deluxe. When she handed me my order, I asked me if I could have some ketchup. She tells me; "oh, there is ketchup in the bag already." So I made the mistake of driving off before checking how much ketchup they put.. Which turned out to be only 4 packets!!!! Not only that, but our whoppers where not freshly done, I live about 4-5 min away from there & by the time I got home & we took the first bite, the burgers where cold. As a customer, I want fresh meals every time, and a realistic amount of ketchup! My 2 kids where fighting for those 4 packets of ketchup, and wanted more once that was gone!
