Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe MOST disgusting display of customer service I have ever experienced... period. I pull up to the drive through window and ordered. Three times I was called a ma'am and three times I corrected the operator telling her that I was a sir not a ma'am. No apology was issued each time but my order was clearly heard. It was repeated back to me correctly. I pull up to the window already frustrated but understanding that they might not have heard me. I see them laughing and looking towards my vehicle. I correct her again telling her that I am a sir not a ma'am. After taking my payment and receiving my food I notice an item was missing (one that I specifically had to ask twice and she confirmed) she proceeds to tell me that I didn't ask for it and I wasn't charged for it... mind=blown. And to add insult to injury after I correct her for calling me ma'am...... she calls me ma'am again!!!!! And laughs in my face. She tells me that the okra is on her. She goes to the line to get it with her co worker and the line cook. they are giggling back and forth about calling me ma'am repeatedly. At that point I am shaking with anger and feeling so embarrassed, I start to drive off and as I am doing to I hear a male voice (I'm assuming the cook) scream "thank you ma'am" out the window. I got home with a complete loss of appetite and sad that this is what I will think of when I see a churches chicken again. What a complete blatant disregard for someone else's feelings.... customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a chicken meal for dinner, they didn't have enough macaroni and cheese for us to get it as a side. Strike 1. Get home and the chicken taste like it was rolled in flour, with no spices and the chicken meat was totally flavorless. Previously we have always liked Churches, over KFC and Popeyes, because the meat is normally very flavorful and the coating is very good. We thought it was a one-off. So we called the manager who agreed for us to come get a fresh order the next day. We went in to get the replacement order, she left a note to replace chicken only. I understand it was only the chicken that we complained about but our ENTIRE meal was ruined. Why wouldn't you replace the couple of sides also so we could have had a whole meal? It's not like the sides were expensive. That would have been good customer service. Plus, we had to make an entire extra trip, time and gas. Strike 2. We got home with our new fresh chicken and it was just as horrible as the night before. Totally flavorless coating and meat. Strike 3. Will not be back to...
