0/5 stars. I PAID for my order and walked out EMPTY HANDED. This was the worst possible experience I’ve ever had at a Crumbl location and I visit almost weekly. I usually go to the same location, located in spring since that’s where I live, however last night that location was out of a lot of flavors and I specially wanted the apple pie cookie (i have been waiting for it to make it’s return). The location on 43rd was the only location that still showed the cookies I wanted available online, so I placed a ONLINE PICK UP ORDER and proceeded to drive OVER 30 MINUTES the store, upon entering my online order said I was #2 in line, there was another man waiting for his order and two ladies standing at the counter actively placing their order. The man in front of me received his order which left me next in line, the two women still talking to the cashier about which cookies they want, they mention the apple pie cookies. She proceeded to give them the last two apple pie cookies, send them on their way and then told me that they were out of apple pie cookies and I could be refunded or come back tomorrow… I quite literally watched her give away the cookies I specifically ordered online to ensure they were available when I got there.. WHAT is the actual point of placing an order online if it isn’t prepared before you get there to ensure you get what you pay for. And why are there 6 other employees in the store if nobody else is capable of making my order to make sure the people at the counter don’t receive it. At this point it was 9:45pm and I couldn’t even make it to another if I wanted to. The point is not that I can go try again today, the point is that your employees should be trained to fullfill orders already PAID for before the in store orders, especially that close to closing knowing they will not prepare more product. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund even though it did not take 3-5 business days to give away my paid for cookies. I’m VERY disappointed in the way this Crumbl handles...
Read moreLet me tell you about another little piece of heaven called, Crumbl Cookies. Speaking of heaven, these cookies were so decadent and delicious, one bite had this country boy speaking in tongues (yes, one could say that it was spiritual for me). The ambiance of the retail store reminds me of an extremely clean and pristine cookie “la-bora-tory” (I love how the British mispronounce the word “laboratory” lol). Each week in this cookie “la-bora-tory” (oh…now you have a British accent??!!), Crumbl Cookies introduces 6 NEW weekly gourmet flavors such as Buttermilk Pancake, Caramel Popcorn, Birthday Cake, Rocky Road, and French Silk Pie to name a few. Nipstick murplelorp hypendot oxytot (sorry, just the thought had me speaking in tongues again! 🙄). Anyhew…I look forward to looking online for the new cookie selection each Monday morning. At just a little over $4.00 per large/shareable cookie, that’s the only reason I’m giving it four stars (I’m on a budget…rent is still due by the 1st of the month). Now, go get you...
Read moreI ordered a biscoff cheesecake that was on the menu from last week. The young lady tells me she’s out of it and I told her oh I just saw it on your menu and was charged for it. She asks if I want to replace so I choose the brownie batter cookie. I asked if there was a price difference and she said if there was she would see and return it in 3-7 business days. Not only did she NOT check or give me any money back. I had to go in a second time and she directly looked at me and then went right back to what she was doing unbothered. The young man up front was totally nice and apologetic and was very accommodating. Even told me to have a blessed day! He is by far the best employee they have! Whatever your name is you deserve a raise and to be honest get out of that toxic work environment with such...
