PLEASE believe me that I'm not just writing this to be mean or vindictive but I got home after my 2nd, 3rd, +++ experience at this Subway Sandwich location and am NOT going to let it go anymore. I'm a 150% fan of Subway and the food and don't have a beef with the restaurant; but this location has gone overboard with their lack of customer service and lack of service in general; can't take debit cards, exact cash only, one type of bread only, only vegetable available are bad lettuce, dried green peppers, watery onions from bottom of bin, no spinich, etc.....and this is at 7:30PM!!!! And the attitude when you question it is unnerving. When you ask if they would PLEASE get the ingredients from the cooler it's we don't have it. It's like they start to clean for closing at 6:00PM and you get what they have or "bye-bye." I'd very much WELCOME for this franchise owner to contact me just so I can let them know my experience there. I'm a fan of Subway and always have been, but this location should just close and let another business take over because it's just getting worse. I'm furious about how I'm treated there. Read moreWent at 8:40pm when store closes at 9:00pm, the doors were completely locked and the woman working there was mouthing “we are closed”. After gesturing them over to ask why, they explained that they are closed for cleaning. If business hours are 9 am to 9 pm for example, why would you write the wrong hours? They opened the door and said it’s open for To-go orders only. I said that’s fine but pointed out that the sign says open till 9:00 pm. The guy was nice and made the orders but kept the door locked behind us, which made me, as a woman with two kids, feel really unsafe. Additionally, some of the vegetables that are normally out, were not there, limiting our choices. Super irresponsible and not good for business, I would not go to this location AT ALL, if you can help it. I think that subway should look into all the customer reviews posted for this location, it will close down soon if they keep going like this with terrible customer...
Read moreVery nice people! I politely asked for the manager and requested a refund for not being able to enjoy/eat my food. In short, my friends said even if manager was nice, I should post this review. I found a roach under my sandwich when I went to eat second half. Due to its size and the fact that the place “looked” clean, and I value reviews, I’m sharing. He did say he would immediately clean but due to the long line after me, I didn’t see them shut down the line, and I do not want to assume it’s a one off. I also send feedback via subway and yesterday I got a “resolved” email but to me; this is NOT resolved. So, forgive me for posting this, but I hope it helps you avoid places like this. Because it’s next to two nail salons, other patrons may be like me, go sit for a quick bite and find a ROACH in their food. Typically, I only want to offer positive reviews or none.
