Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

I thought it would be a good idea to order pizza for our techs in training, so I went online, placed my order, chose to have my pizza delivered at noon time and at 10:30 AM I received a text message with a link to track my pizza and it stated my pizza shoud arrive between 11:55AM -12:05PM. So at 11:55 I waited by our front door to make the delivery comes to right suite, at 12:05PM I checked the link again to track my delivery and it stated delivery should arrive between 12:28PM - 12:38PM. So I had to go to our training room to inform the techs to sit tight, the delivery is on its way. Around 12:30 I checked the link again and it stated my pizza was delivered at 12:26 PM, so I immediately called Pizza Hut to tell them that I have not recieved my pizza, the lady blames the new tracking system for the error and the order is on its way. So I go to our training rooms and I have 4 techs bored to hell waiting for pizza. Around 12:45 the driver pulls in, I go out the parking lot, greeted him and politely asked him why is my order 50 minutes late and he immediately tells me that he was not suppose to be there and today was his day off. The pizza was not fresh or hot, looks like it was a couple of hours old, the receipt appears it was printed at 12:00AM. The order was for (2) large (2) topping pizzas, what could possibly go wrong! this is my second order that went south with this store!! I stopped ordering pizza from here even though I LOVE stuffed crust but its always a hit or miss and mostly a miss this past year. Last time I went in I asked asked for my normal extra sauce. If I'm going to spend $15 on a pizza I want it how I like it. Well since they get it wrong so many times I always check it before I leave the store. The pizza was not only no extra sauce but also paper thin. I nicely told Betty the manager and she exclaimed "no I made that and its how we make it". She yelled at me that there was nothing she would do and had a weird smile on her face. The young girl at the front counter who was working for her was very nice and looked mortified with the way she acted. Mouth wide open watching this take place. Not to mention the manager making the pizzas had her hair all hanging out while making pizzas. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never go there again. Whole Foods makes really great pizzas and they are my new GO-To!

I did call pizza hut directly and the man I spoke with was VERY nice and said someone would call me back to address all of this. He did say if they don't call within a few days call us back to do the process all over again. No one called me but who has time to call back AGAIN?

I used the Pizza hut at 1227 W 43rd St, Houston, TX 77018. The General Manager is out on maternity leave. The ones in charge currently Charnea and Myra are both the worst managers I could have ever experienced. Neither understand customer service or quite frankly care to provide excellent service. Nor do they care to see what they can do better. I understand rainy days but neither are smart enough to say or do something to work with the customers.....

06/12/2021 I wrote this review and I am assuming Corperate reached out asking for forgiveness and a chance. They also mentioned the office will be contacting me within three days of the email to discuss the incident. I am assuming the order or request went to the same managers I complained about because I GOT NOTHING. No one called no one emailed. Further proof this store SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT customers to take care of them or please or simply admit fault or mistake.
